After hours of trying on different dresses, they were either too long, too revealing, too much coverage.....well, you get the idea. We ended up just buying a handbag and shoes since Justin failed to mention to me after I packed, that we would be going to a club.
We got some Panda Express to go and headed home to get ready. I literally took so long trying on dresses that it was almost time to head to the club. I don't blame Justin though because he was starting to get tired and fall asleep on the couches.
I decided that I would risk it and put my dress on first before putting on makeup. It was a risky move not only because I'll be applying makeup above my dress but also because Justin might try and be funny and mess me up. I swear if he tries, he won't live to see another day. Don't ever mess with a girl and her makeup.
I ate the rest of my food and threw my trash away. I went to my room and walked to the bathroom. I made sure to brush my teeth really good and floss making sure there were no left overs stuck in between my teeth.
I went to my suitcase and took my dress out, starting to regret agreeing to go. I want to have a good time but what if something goes wrong?
NO. I'm not doing this. I'm not having cold feet. I will go and have an amazing time with a good friend.
I undressed myself, then slipping on the dress. I smoothed out the scrunched up parts and looked over myself to see how it fit on me. (It's been a while since I last wore this.) I looked pretty good. Once I was satisfied on how I looked, I went to grab my makeup bags.
I heard a knock on my door and Justin's voice followed it after.
"Hey, Len? Can I come in?"
He started to open the door and I quickly yelled, "No! Don't come in yet! I'm not ready yet."
"Oh sorry. I'll come back later." He closed the door comepletely and left.
I want my transformation to be a surprise. I don't put a lot of makeup yet I have a ton of it. I want to see his reaction to this part of me, my more feminine side.
I contoured my face first, then easing my way to my eye shadow and mascara. I added my eyeliner to finish my eye makeup and then started filling my eyebrows. They were average eyebrows so I didn't really need that much filling in to do.
Debating whether to straighten or curl my hair, I quickly decided to curl it, remembering I had little time for a debate in my head.
I put my heels on and grabbed my handbag. Once checking over my whole outfit in the mirror, I knew I was finally ready.
I put on a little perfume and headed to my door. As I walked out, I heard the TV on downstairs. I figured Justin was watching TV to kill the time while waiting for me to finish changing. I reached the bottom of the stairs and headed to the living room with my heels clicking and hitting the floor making sounds. Inching towards Justin, he turned off the TV and got up, only to turn around and face me.
"W-Wow. Um, Len, you look....amazing." He kept looking over my outfit.
I was at a loss for words as I looked over at what he was wearing. He wore a tight blue long sleeve flannel, shaping out his muscles and jeans with white slip on vans. His hair was kind of slicked back, which usually was never done since I would see he never did his hair, but it still managed to look good. If I managed to not brush my hair it would look like a lions mane.
