I am the cold warmth.
I am the never-changing morph.
I am the voice that speaks nothing.
I am the empty that is something.
I am the dry eyes that cry.
I am the caged bird that flies.
I am the words not made of ink.
I am the language that none speak.
I am the heart that will not fail.
I am the ship that never sets sail.
I am the light that will not dim.
I am the planned out whim.
I am the truth that tells lies.
I am the foolish that is wise.
I am the the girl that did not break.
I am on the path others did not take.
I am the traitorous kiss.
I am the only me there is.

This is actually a very old poem -- one of the first ones I ever wrote. I was 13. It remains one of my favorite things I have ever penned. Because it was so perfect for this prompt, I had to post it here. :)
