Tyler's POV
Jenna went upstairs and told Zack and Jay it was safe to come down now. I felt horrible, even though I had no memory of what happened. Something was just giving me a terrible feeling that Blurryface did something or hurt someone.
"Okay, I know Jenna said to wait for her to get back down before you told me anything, but I need to know one thing." I said to Josh.
"What is it?"
"Did I, we, him, whoever, hurt anyone?"
Josh suddenly looked very uncomfortable. He didn't answer my question and just acted like I didn't say anything.
"Josh, did anyone get hurt?" I was determined to get an answer, even if I had to pry at him for one.
Again, Josh ignored me and looked even more uncomfortable. I could tell that he was hiding something from me, and I knew he was hiding what I wanted to know.
"Fine, I'll wait and ask Jenna."
He sighed and looked at me with a nervous look in his eyes. "Yes, someone did get hurt. It wasn't anything bad, and they're fine, so don't worry about it."
"Who was it?"
"It doesn't matter, they're fine now."
"Josh, who got hurt?"
Before he could answer, Jenna came down the stairs and sat beside him on the couch across from me. "What're you guys talking about?" She asked, glancing between Josh and I.
"Nothing." I mumbled. "So, can one of you explain what happened, please?"
"Josh'll have to tell most of it cause I was upstairs with Mady and Jay for a lot of it." Jenna said.
I looked over at Josh with a raised eyebrow, curious how much he'd tell me and if he'd tell the truth or if he'd be leaving out some details. From the look in his eyes, it didn't look like I'd be getting the whole story.
I could tell when Josh was finished that I hadn't gotten the whole story from the look Jenna shot him. It was only a quick look, but Josh and I both saw it.
"Josh, can I talk to you for a second?" Jenna asked.
Josh nodded in response and they both went outside.
Jenna's POV
Once we were on the front porch, I shut the door and turned to face Josh, all in one swift move. "Why didn't you tell him?" I whisper yelled.
All Josh did in response was rub the back of his neck and look at his feet.
"Josh!"
He looked up at me and answered, "I didn't know what to say."
"Just tell him what Blurry did!"
"He's gonna..." He trailed off. I gave him a second to continue before I spoke up.
"Gonna what, Josh? Make sure you're okay? Try talking to Blurryface? Feel bad about this whole thing?"
"He will feel bad! I just don't want to see that."
"Don't be such a guy, Josh. Emotions aren't the end of the world."
He sighed again and went towards the door.
"If you don't tell him, I will." I warned.
"What do you think I'm about to do?"
Tyler's POV
"What do you think I'm about to do?" Josh said as he walked through the door and over to couch, Jenna following him.
"What're you about to do?" I asked.
"I'm going to tell you something I left out."
He quickly explained how Blurry had pinned him against the wall and choked him until Jenna pushed Blurry away. I didn't know how to react, so I just gave a blank stare to both of them.
"Ty, it's no big deal, I'm fine. I promise." Josh said reassuringly.
I nodded, but continued with my blank stare, still having no idea how to react.
"Hey, you okay?" Jenna asked, sitting forward slightly.
"Yeah.." I barely spoke louder than a whisper.
"Tyler." She said again, her voice becoming more and more distant. I knew where I was and I knew I was awake, but I had no clue what was going on. I couldn't hear Josh or Jenna, but I could see them trying to get my attention. I could see everything happening in front of me, but the only thing I could hear was the three voices bickering.
Nothing like this had ever happened before, so I just brought my knees up to my chest and continued to blankly stare at whatever was in front of me. Although the only thing I was able to hear was the voices, I couldn't make out what it was they were saying or arguing about. They were muffled background noises at best.
Suddenly, Jenna ran off somewhere, while Josh kept trying to get my attention by waving his hands in front of my eyes and shaking me. A few seconds later, Jenna came back with Zack who tried doing the same things as Josh and Jenna to get my attention. They had my attention, I just wasn't able to focus enough to show it. Zack picked up the phone and started calling, who I presumed, would be our parents.
I still couldn't hear anything, and I was now unable to move, or if I was able to move, it was insanely difficult. The only thing I did was hold my blank stare and listen to the muffled voices arguing. The funny thing was that I wasn't even scared about what was going on at the moment. I didn't even really care about what was going on around me. I had no reaction to anything, and what should be worrying me was doing the opposite. I didn't know what caused this, or what it was, but I didn't even care.
Not very long after Zack made the phone call, our mom came rushing in and tried to get me focusing on her. Obviously I had no reaction, which seemed to scare her. A lot. Mom tried again and again to get my attention or to get me to focus, but I just couldn't. Mom then took the phone from Zack and called someone.
I don't remember much else, but I do remember some EMT's coming in and taking me to the hospital.
