Tyler's POV

I woke up the next day to my alarm clock making a terrible sound. 7:45, my favorite time to be awake. Sitting up as I rubbed my eyes, I grabbed my phone. Not very many notifications, but I did have a missed message from each Josh and Jenna.

From: Josh

Wake up!! There's a chem test first class and I forgot to give you the study sheets! If you get here fast enough you can use mine, but you gotta hurry!

"Oh shoot!" I mumbled as I quickly typed a reply.

To: Josh
I just woke up. I'll be there right away tho.

As that message sent, I opened the one from Jenna.

From: Jenna

Did you really mean that message that you sent last night?

"What message.." My phone automatically deletes messages every 24 hours, so I couldn't see what I had messaged Jenna. I didn't even remember messaging her.

To: Jenna

What message?

While I waited for a reply I quickly got dressed, raced downstairs and hopped on my bike. As I rounded the corner to get to school I felt my phone vibrate. I parked my bike and took out my phone to see Jenna had replied.

From: Jenna

How do you not remember? Can't you just go back and read it?

To: Jenna

I just don't remember and I can't read it cause my phone deletes messages that were sent the previous day. Can you show me on your phone?

From: Jenna

Sure. Hurry tho. You still need to study for the chem test.

I shoved my phone in my back pocket and grabbed my books. As soon as I entered the classroom both Jenna and Josh waved me over to them very enthusiastically.

"I'll study in a sec. Jenna, can I see the message?" I asked as I sat down at our table.

"Yeah." She answered as she took out her phone and opened the text message app.

From: Tyler

I really like you and think we should be more than friends

"What?! I never sent that!" I almost screamed in defense.

"Whoa, calm down. If you didn't send it, then who did?" Josh questioned.

"I-I don't know. But it wasn't me, I swear!"

"Wait, you don't remember sending it, and obviously none of your siblings would have sent it, and Josh was home last night, do you think...?" Jenna questioned.

"Blurryface.." Josh and I said in unison.

"How can we be sure it was him though?" Josh asked.

"I have no clue.. We'll have to deal with this later, right now I need to study."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Well I definitely flunked that test.." I muttered.
"I'm sure you did fine." Jenna said reassuringly.
"Yeah, you probably did fine. Chem is one of your best subjects. If any of us failed its probably me." Josh chimed in.
"No way you could have failed! Those study notes were great!" I commented.
