Not A Monday Person

It was a truly depressing Morning. scratch that, day. its Monday. ew.

I was at my locker packing all my things in it. it was D week which means I start the day with specials(connections is what my school calls it but its what ever you call it) I grabbed my gym clothes and shut my locker. I'm kind of considered a loner. don't have any real friends. Sure there are people I talk to and be friendly to but just don't really have any true friends.

I arrived in gym Just in time. I have 4minutes to get dressed out. I was ready in 3. I walked out of the girls locker room. only to be greeted by a basket ball flying at my face. I caught it. the boy, who I'm assuming was the one who threw it, spoke, "c'mon babe throw it" I held the ball on my hip and walked over to him.

"And uh what if I don't?" I questioned imitating an innocent high pitched voiced girl.

"Hm well ill just have to take it from you" he smirked. and reached out for the ball. I moved it just quick enough so he couldn't get it.

"Nope" I grinned.

He smiled back. he had deep brown eyes and hair. and very tan skin.

He had a lip piercing and tattoos showing through his sleeve and white gym shirt.

"Like what ya see babe?"

"I-" I didn't have time to respond.

"What's your name beautiful?" he asked.

"Hm what's yours?"

"I asked first"

"Well I'm a girl soo" I shrugged

"Good point. ladies first i guess... it's Calum" he smiled. looking away. how adorable. his eyes crinkle when he smiles. I couldn't help but smile too.

"So uh what's yours" he asked again

"Nicole"

"Lovely-" he didn't Finnish. boo

"Calum!man c'mon lets go!"

"Alright dude chill I'm coming!" he yelled back.

"I guess I'll catch you later then" he stated, yet it sounded like a question.

"Oh yeah definitely" I smirked.

He winked, "bye nicollle"

"Bye Calumm" I said as he started to turn and walk away.
