"Oh Cole, it's okay if Nick comes to the movies with the group, right?" Mel chimed updating Cole on the whole movie ordeal.
"Sure, what movie are we going to watch?" Cole asked excitedly
"How bout the huger games catching fire?" Mel suggested
"Sure, I'll text Jess and Peter from Science, he wanted to come too." Cole said think about how he embarrassed himself in front of Peter earlier.
Cole had went to get lined paper and slipped, having Peter catch him.
The rest of the period of geography went great. This girl Alicia was will to help Cole and be his partner for the country study. She chose the country of France.
Cole used his Free period to get to know the school better. In the hall he spotted Peter talking to Dalton in the hall.
Peter waved him over and Cole could say no after the whole paper incident. Peter had helped him off the floor when he slipped and Cole could stop staring into his beautiful green eyes.
Cole's always had a thing for green eyes, you could say it was an addiction. You could also say Cole had a bit of a crush on Peter.
"Hey Cole! How are ya? How do ya feel?" Peter said hinting at his fall in class.
"Oh....um I'm fine. Thanks for helping me up, if anything!" Cole said blushing slightly at Peter's concern.
"You're welcome, can't have someone as nice as you just sitting there, embarrassed", Peter replied with a small tinge of flirt in his voice making Cole crack a small smile
"Am I missing something here?" Dalton piped feeling oddly out of the loop in the socialization of the kids in the school.
"Oh, Cole took a little slip in Science class but I helped him up" Peter explained, speaking as if he really did nothing.
"Someone's a hero, way to go superman!" Dalton said teasing Peter a little while Peter put on a cheeky smile.
Cole heart skip a little at Peter's smile.
"Hey, ah...Peter? Mel, Jess, Nick and I were wondering if you could come with us to the movies later? We were planning on the Hunger Games Catching Fire. Maybe 6:30" Cole sputtered out.
"Sure, Cola, I'll be there!" Peter said staring into Cole's eyes as if Dalton wasn't there and giving Cole a light punch in the arm.
"Cool, see ya there." Cole said rubbing his arm then waving at Peter as he went down the hallway.
As soon as Peter left Cole smacked himself in the face.
"Idiot" he called himself as he realized how stupid he must sound and look in front if Peter.
"Ah... so you got a little crush on Peter?" Dalton questioned with a lifted eyebrow.
"No! I'm just an embarrassment." Cole said shrugging his shoulders casually.
"Really, that's why you could hang with me and my friends?" Dalton raising his voice just a little.
"Well, I just want to hang with Mel and my new pals right now." Cole said timidly at bit scared of Dalton's voice.
"But I'd love to hang out some other time" Cole said with a heart warming smile plastered on his face.
Dalton had to confess Cole was actually pretty cute, not as cute as him but cute none the less.
"Fine, but you have to give me your number." Dalton said.
He had a plan to get Cole to join his side. They exchanged numbers and the bell rang to signal school was done.
