"Ms. Manowee, can I go to the bathroom?" Dalton asked looking at the ground holding back his crying.
"Sure, with talent like that, you can do anything." Ms. Manowee continued saying even though Dalton had left after the word 'sure'.
Dalton rushed down the hallway to find Cole, his tears were now turned into waves of anger.
How could Cole just disrespect him like that? Why didn't he believe him? Dalton wouldn't just make all that stuff up. Cole couldn't just stay mad at him for telling the truth.
Dalton was just angry now, angry at Cole, angry at the world, angry at himself.
"Cole!" Dalton yelled as he found Cole standing at his locker, frantically taking this out.
"What?!" Cole yelled back not looking at Dalton.
"What are doing?" Dalton asked confused, why was Cole taking out his books.
"I'm moving lockers, what is look like I'm doing?" Cole said snippily, shooting a glare at Dalton.
"Why?" Dalton asked simply furious.
"Cause-," Cole began explaining until Dalton ran up to him and flipped his back into the locker he was just emptying.
"You know what I'm sorry for what I did but this pisses me off. The fact that you won't even try to believe me and that you won't try to accept my apology. I mean I could've just let the whole thing go and have you hate me or continue to have you not know the truth but I didn't! You have to give me credit for that I just wanted you know the truth so am I really the bad guy here! At least I did the thing that anyone who cares about anyone enough would you. You're being unfair, here! You can at least tell me that you'll talk to Mel to get a full explanation." Dalton said before storming back to Arts class, "by the way class isn't over yet, I'll just tell Ms. Manowee that you had to go to the bathroom."
Cole stood there silently cursing Dalton in the middle of the hallway grabbing his books and going to the principle's office to get a locker transfer.
"Why do you want a locker transfer?" Principle Oshawnace asked confused and how he could want a transfer in a new school like this already.
"See, Mr. Oshawnace, my locker is by a corner so every time I go to move from my locker I end up almost crashing into someone." Cole half lied. He had experienced this mishap before but in all honesty Dalton was the problem.
"Okay, well I think I can move you about 7 lockers down from that because that student also wanted a transfer so, you are now locker 208." Mr. Oshawnace explained.
"Oh, thank you, sir," said Cole backing out of his office. It wasn't as far as he hoped but at least Dalton would be such a problem.
