As I slowly regained consciousness I felt the warmth of a fire. I look around me to see that I was in some trees close to Phoenix Drop. "You're awake." The person sounded like, Aaron. I sit up and stare at him, with disbelief in my eyes. "What brings you here?" I asked him. "Zane is coming here." Aaron answered. "Heh... I see. Well nice to see you again, Aaron." I hissed at him. "No need to be so salty!" He snapped at me. "Oh I'm sorry I was knocked out for a whole day." I mumbled to myself.

For some time there was silence. Until, "Has your injury heal?" Aaron asked me. "Yea. It has healed awhile ago." I responded. I looked up in the night sky. There wasn't much. "Aaron you know, Zane." I started. "I don't care. I need my revenge." Aaron said bitterly. I felt so frustrated, he was so stubborn. "Aaron please..." I whisper. Aaron then stands up, suddenly. "Shay you better leave now." Aaron instructed. "What?! I'm not leaving you again!" I hissed. I look up at him, I saw no emotion on his face. I felt tears stinging my eyes. "I can't let someone I care die again." That was my only excuse.

I walked next to Aaron. I felt his cold state follow me. I look up at him, making eye contact. "Make a promise to me." I said to him. "Why?" He asked me as he wipes my tears away, I flinch. I guess he still had some emotion left. "Promise me. That you won't get yourself killed." That's all what I said to him. Aaron was hesitant, "I promise." He said to me.

"Thank you."
