Raphael didn't seem to be very fond of Aaron, which made me laugh because both of them were so similar in some ways. Both of them always seem to be wear their masks all the time hiding their true identities and both of them are quite mysterious in their own way.

I was carrying tinder for the fire. Until Raphael walks up to me and pulls me to the side. "Shay, how much longer until the red masked brat is gone?!" He snaps at me, gazing over my head. I turn around to see him watching Aaron help gather wood as well. "Please Raphael, give him chance." I pleaded. He hesitated at first, "Fine, I'll give him a chance for you Shay." He hisses at me as he wanders off into the tree, down to the creek that is close to the camp.

"A-Aaron, you don't need to help!" I blurted out. "What do you mean?" Aaron asks me as he takes the tinder and adds it to the small fire. "Never mind..." I sighed as I sat down in the dirt. Aaron then sits down next to me. "Tell me what you have been up to." Aaron says calmly. "Oh. It's just boring stuff. You know just living life." I told him, I look away. "But say Aaron what have you been doing?" I asked him with a dry smile on my pale face. He didn't reply, I could feel the tensions in the air.

"Hell, actual hell." His voice lowered. "My own family, son and wife, never made it." He words broke, his hand reached for his blade.

My leg is already jacked up as it is! I look up to see Raphael pinning Aaron up at an old oak tree that was providing shade over the fire. "NO!" I scream, catching their attention. Raphael looks at me, he was close to choking Aaron. "Please... Stop." I said hissed at the two. There was a strong sense tension in the air. Raphael then drops Aaron to his feet and sprints into the dense, lush trees.

I was beginning to worry for him. Raphael hasn't returned yet. The sun was setting now, all what I could think about was if Raphael was safe, not harmed. "Shay... I'm sorry." Aaron says, breaking the silence. I look up at him, "Aaron, I forgive you. And it's alright, people just snap sometimes." I replied shortly after. "Ugh.... You're a fool you now." He says as he sits down next to me. "If I may ask, who is he?" Aaron asks. "I don't care if you ask and he's a childhood friend." I said, trying to stay calm. "But Aaron, I'm so, so sorry about earlier...." I trailed off, It's none of my business. "You only remain as family" He murmured. "Aaron, thank you. Thank you so much, it's means so much to hear those words from you," I was now on the verge of tears, I was desperate to hear those words. Aaron was family to me, like Garroth, Zane, and Vylad. I wipe the tears away, "I'm going to go find Raphael." I said as I stood up and started to make my, towards the way Raphael went.

Moonlight seeped through the leaves, flowers glistened in the moonlight as well. "RAPHAEL!" I called out. No response, I tried a couple more times and wandering around. Until, I stumbled into the creek. I saw Raphael sitting next to the creek. His mask was right next to him, it was smudged with mud. "Hey?" I asked while startling him. "What?!" He snaps at me. I sit down next to him, "Raphael what's wrong?" I ask him. "Nothing." He says and he glances at me. "You're hair looks different." Raphael points out. I smile, "You know my hair always did this." I said as I grabbed my braided hair, it was now a beautiful sliver colour instead of its usual charcoal black. "Yeah I now." He chuckled. "Shay, remember when we were still kids, how you use to always try to practice braiding my hair." Raphael started. "I do remember. Sadly, I can no longer do that." I said quickly. "Yeah.... I cut my hair a while ago." H said thoughtfully. "Look. Raphael." He turns to me, for once you could see the amber in his eyes. "Please give Aaron, one last chance." I pleaded. He seemed angered by this, "What is he to you?!" He growls at me. "......" I didn't say anything right away. Raphael gets up and starts to walk away. "He knew my birth parents as a child." I said that while catching his attention. "What? How could he possibly be anything to you?!" He asks me, the seemed to be more tense now. I could feel warm tears running down my cheeks now, "Well, at least he didn't fake his death and left me!" I hissed, you could hear the pain in my voice. "Shay... I'm sorry." Raphael apologises as he steps closer to me. I step away from him. I turn around and ignored him. Even though he spoke to me on how he was able to track me and find me. How he ran into werewolves and how they attacked him, they were the ones from around Pikaro, not the nicer werewolves that have a village close to O'kasis. He finished off by telling me the truth...
