Description:

After Lucy Heartfilia vanished, along the rest of the Celestial Spirits and their respective keys, the world suffered a complete loss of Celestial Wizards and Mages. Several guilds were forced to kick them out.

Fairy Tail, with Makarov and Mavis's order, is tasked to investigate the earlier sudden occurrences and rebuild the ruined Crocus. Mirajane, Erza, Gray, Juvia, Levy, Happy, and Natsu were to lead the following investigation and try to find the long gone Lucy.

Celestial Arc, or in general, Celestial Spirit Queen Arc, will focus on uncovering the problem faced by the Celestial Spirits and the ones holding their contracts. With two main questions to answer, Fairy Tail will be forced to split into groups to find the them.

And by the way, to clear up misconceptions and misunderstandings, I will clearly say that Farewell is divided into two Arcs (Vanished and Celestial), they are to follow the plot of the story. The second book, I can not say if it is the sequel, will be published in another book and will be titled Set Me Free.

The second book may not reach the first book's rank just as it did. And I think that you guys can find it IF you search it lel. What troubles me is that you may think that it will be finished here but it won't. Well, not that it has the same plot anymore anyway.

The sun's light entered the room through the windows around the wooden walls of the Second Branch of Fairy Tail. The stunning bright light reached up to the glassed frame, enlightening the picture of a glamorous girl, with blonde hair, smiling with her friends.

Mira stared at the it, stopping from wiping the glass she was holding. Her lips were down, and so were her eyes.

The door sounded. It opened and let the person knocking, enter. Erza brought in a box labeled with the guild's name and put it on the bar's edge. ''Nothing particular to do, besides doing some low-rated missions. I wonder when this 'peace' will end.''

''It would rather not be.'' Mira grabbed the box and fetched the cutter hanged on the wall. She pushed the button and the sharp side went out. Mirajane then, pointed at the crate's edge with periods and started cutting it open. '''Peace'''never existed anyway.''

The box was opened and Mirajane pulled out the pictures and frames inside. ''It never will.'' The pictures showed Lucy.

Erza held the cup of tea in front of her and sat on the seat. She slowly sipped and exhaled. ''Master and First ordered us to investigate this matter. We are obliged to solve this before the Council completely demands another disbandment. However, strict orders also prohibits us from making more fuss in the continent.''

Mira put the box inside the Storage Room at her back and looked at Erza after closing the door. ''Do they believe that there's a chance that she's still alive?''

''Most probably. When Lucy disappeared here at the island, she came back at Crocus, well and alive. That time also similarly matches with what happened after the fight, she disappeared again. So no matter who long it is, there is A CHANCE that she may return.''

Erza dropped the cup down to the table. ''Trouble is, this case may be related to both the Celestial World and Zeref. But we can't afford to face Alvarez, not with what's been happening. And the Celestial World is completely out of contact.''

Same thought came to Mira. The day the Celestial Contracts were completely abolished. The day the Celestial Spirits disappeared. The day the Celestial Wizards fell, one by one.

''That was a one sided war.''

''Exactly. It was an war to be considered as an apocalypse by the Celestial Wizards, as it caused their lives' downfall.''

Gray and Juvia entered the room, along with Natsu and Happy. ''Hey.''

''Perfect timing.'' Erza threw a key to Gray. ''We have time to chase.''

''What?''

''We're heading to the Council. They demand an audience.''

''If it's an audience they want it's an audience they get!'' Happy cheered.

''Contact Levy. She has to know our current status. Let's move out.'' Erza stood up.

''We have just arrived and we're already going?'' Juvia asked, wiping off the sweat on her forehead. ''That doesn't sound nice.''

''Cool off.'' Gray used his power to produce a cool in air. The cold air soothed Juvia's skin. ''Aaaaaah..''

''Anyway, prevent yourselves from acting dishonorably during our meeting with the Council members. They are likely to perform judgement from our actions.''

''Sounds like a big deal.'' Natsu said.

''For you.''

Mira closed the bar's entrance and stepped out of the room. ''I guess we have no time to waste.''

''Let's go!''
