School.

"Mels, Melody Thorne, Get up" said an irritating voice over and over again as if on repeat. "GO AWAY!!" I screamed, "Ouch, I thought you loved me?" as I slowly opened my eyes I saw Jeremy stood there with a mug of coffee and a pout on his face. "I do, now please give me the Coffee" I said almost begging, He handed me the mug and I drank it straight away ignoring the burning in my throat. "You've got an hour" said Jeremy walking away. "Crap" I said simply to no-one in particular. After my daily routine of Showering, Brushing my teeth, getting dressed and doing my make-up I walked down stairs. After noticing my presence everyone turned to look at me, Elena was the first to talk "Mels, You look amazing, you're going to have boys chasing you" I was wearing a white tank top, white skirt with light pink flower print on it and a pink belt with matching pink bag, shoes and cardigan with my Blonde hair curled loosely exposing my pink highlights and my mothers gold locket engraved to my precious Melody. "I don't know about that Lena" I said with a giggle. I turned to Jenna and Hugged her, she seemed a little taken back but she accepted and hugged back, "What was that for?" she said with a chuckle "I'm sorry for yesterday, I'm still adjusting" I said turning to the fruit bowl on table deciding what to have, Apple or banana. "It's fine Hun, I..." She was interrupted by Jeremy coming into the kitchen "The fruit isn't going to jump out and eat you Mels" said Jeremy simply "It might I heard the orange talking to the pear about how nice I'd taste" I replied while picking up an apple as if it was the most normal sentence ever, "Who's Driving?" I finished. "Me, Erm, Lets go don't want to be late." said Elena Unsure of what I just said.

At School I'm starting to regret coming if I'm honest "Can I go home?" I asked Elena and Jeremy."No, we're doing this now come on, out of the car!" Said Elena a little too loudly. "Hey, Is everything OK?" said an unfamiliar voice said, "Yea, Fine my Cousins first day but she wont get out of the car, she's been in there for 5 minuets. At this point Jeremy has gone to his locker and I'm being really stubborn, I really don't want to go. "Lena, Who's that?" I said from inside the car while Elena and the person I don't know is stood outside. "Why don't you come out and find out?" Said Elena questionably and hopefully, "FINE!" I screamed. I knew I wasn't going to win so I gave up and to my surprise the mystery voice was no longer a voice, but incredibly handsome but when I noticed his arm around Elena's waist I knew they're together so I looked up into his amazing green eyes and held out my hand and stated "Melody Thorne, Elena's Cousin." "Stefan Salvatore I'm Elena's..." Then Stefan was interrupted by a even more handsome boy than Stefan, He had jet black hair and amazingly bright blue eyes and he said "Damon Salvatore, Stefan's more attractive brother" and by that line I knew what kind of person he was, Self obsessed and arrogant so I wasn't going to give him the satisfaction and agreeing so I straightened my posture and  I replied "Well Damon... Stefan was talking, how can you be so rude? Now If you'd excuse me I have to get my time table and locker number and combination, Elena have a amazing day and Stefan we should finish this later, Find me at lunch? and Damon go suck a melon." and with that I walked up the stairs to the office.

So maybe I should have asked for directions It was incredibly hard to find the office but when I did I was greeted warmly and given all the things I needed and proceeded to my locker. I looked older than what I was so I was put in Elena's year. Jenna and Elena thought it was a good idea I just hoped I had a class with her. When I finally found my locker I placed some books in there I was given and changed my combination to something I could remember, The day my mum died. I would never forget it. A bit depressing I know but I always wanted to remember why I was here in this new school. I wasn't leaving much behind at my old school, I didn't have friends, I was always the loner. My thoughts were interrupted by the school bell so I proceed to my first class. Oh Joy.
