Chapter Fifteen - Honest.

~Melody's POV~

I'm currently sat on the coach alone waiting for Damon to return home, Me and Matt both agreed that it was in our best intention to tell Damon what happened and forget it. Matt insisted he should be here when I tell Damon but I told him to go home because I know Damon would just kill him or lock him in the basement and torture him. My thoughts were interrupted by Damon's voice echoing through the house "Baby I'm home" His voice seemed to drip with sadness, Did he already find out? "I'm in the Everything room" I shout back, "Hey how was your day?" was the first thing to come out of his mouth after a short hug and soft kiss, his lips felt different but I ignored it and replied "Fine, Had a movie day with Matt you?" "Just hung out at Gilbert's" He replied avoiding eye contact, something was wrong so I took this chance to tell him everything, "Damon stop I can't do this I kissed Matt. Please don't be mad I'm sorry" I said quickly while pacing up and down next to the fire, "I'm not mad Mels."
"What Why?" I replied, if it was me I'd be blowing him up. "Because I kissed Elena." He said looking down at his feet. "you what!?" I shouted "We've been together not even three weeks and you cheat on me with my cousin?" 
"You cheated on me too!" he shouted back making me flinch. He's never shouted at me before.
"I'm sorry Mels, Thank-you for being Honest with me" He said while embarrassing me in a hug and kissing my forehead. "You too, Promise me never to do it again?" I asked looking up into his eyes "Never" He replied before kissing my lips softly and pulling me back into a hug.
