Chapter Nineteen - I'm glad you're back

~Melody's POV~

Just like old times before Me and Elena had the argument its a Saturday, Me, Elena, Jeremy, Stefan and Damon are sat around the Television watching a film that we're not paying attention to, Me and Elena are sending funny faces to each other,  The boys are throwing popcorn. But I decided to take the bowl off popcorn and run around the house with it but quickly regretted it when I heard three sets off footsteps approaching quickly but when I reached the top of the stairs all the foot steps stopped and I quickly remembered two of the boys following me are Vampires and almost instantly the bowl of popcorn was snatched from my hand and I was lifted by a familiar pair of hands which made me realise Damon had caught me and was bringing me to the living room. He placed me on the floor lying down, "Boys?" He said with mischief in his voice "Help?" He continued now looking into my eyes which quickly began to be clouded with fear as the three boys began to tickle me and Elena began to laugh from her seat on the chair that her and Stefan was sharing a minuet ago. "Say you love me and we'll stop" Damon said "and you love me" Jeremy pitched in "And me" Stefan continued. "I-I. L-lo-love. Y-ou All" I said between laughs and all off a sudden the tickling stopped and Stefan and Jeremy moved back to their seats but Damon stayed hovering above me "This is familiar" He said with a smirk obviously remembering the moment we first kissed, "careful Damon, she slapped you last time" Stefan said from his seat he is back sharing with Elena "I'll take my chances" He said before leaning in slowly then finally placing his lips softly on mine and when I realised he was about to breakaway I pulled my hands to the back of his head and neck and pushed him closer to me making the kiss more passionate, we finally pulled away remembering Elena, Stefan and Jeremy are still in the room "Finally that was gross" Jeremy complained "I love you" Damon said kissing my cheek before helping me up "I love you too" I replied sitting on his knee and continuing the movie.

~Elena's POV~

I sent a gesture to Melody to meet me in the kitchen which thankfully she did "Yes?" She asked opening the fridge to get a drink while I pulled out five glasses "You and Damon seem Close?" I said "Yea, He's amazing, I know most people think he's evil and whatever but with me it's different I love him Elena. I really love him" She said with a smile on her face, "As long as you're happy and he doesn't hurt you" I replied pulling her into a hug. "I wont" I heard Damon comment from the living room "I'm glad you're back" I said when we pulled away from the hug "Glad to be back" She said with a smile before heading to the living room and handing Damon and Jeremy a glass and placing her own on the table before Jeremy spoke up "I'm glad you're back to"
