Dear Newt,
I have reached my breaking point.
It's enough to drive me crazy, all this klunk about the GHS-WCKD feuds and this Minho-Aris thing, and I've been fine with dealing with this mayhem everyday, but today has just...set me off.
Do you remember Teresa? Of course you do. Anyway, this morning I caught her scurrying off to first period. A piece of paper slipped out from one of her books. I was about to return it to her, but she was gone before I could even look up. I was just supposed to slip the paper into my own bag (I respect my ex-girlfriend's privacy thank you) when suddenly I caught what was written on the paper.
Slut
Like okay, wow, this got my gears working.
I opened the paper out of curiosity, and it turned out to be a letter from Teresa's penpal. Like, I realized that Teresa never really mentioned her penpal to any of us. I keep yakking on about you and Aris keeps complaining about Minho and Rachel mentions Brenda sometimes, but Teresa's never really told us about her penpal.
Which got me curious. Why her penpal would call her a slut.
Newt...let me tell you...that letter had the meanest, most offensive words I have ever seen in my life. No girl deserves to be called any of those insults in that letter. It's not bullying--it's abuse, emotional abuse. There was nothing on that letter. Nothing but pure evil.
I was so shocked. Apparently, all these months, Teresa's been enduring all this bullshit with her penpal. Just thinking about all the things he called her makes my blood boil.
Peter Panovski. Do you know any Peter Panovski in your school? If you do, please introduce him to me, so that I may punch his face.
