"Was it just me or did Gustav seem kind of upset?" Alan asked as we walked down the block.

"Yeah, I noticed. I hope my question didn't bother him," I said, "it could be possible that maybe he doesn't like being asked about events." I know that it's mainly the twins that are always in charge of those things. It was Bill that contacted Mark about Alan and me.

"Tana, that makes no sense. He's part of the band he has to know that information regardless," Alan laughed at me, putting his arm around me to bring into a hug.

"I know, it's just, you never know. So when are we going to do the interview? I want to get that done and over with," I said hugging him back, trying not to fall as we walked so closely.

"Tomorrow during the shoot," he said unwrapping his arms from me. We had reached the café. It was a small one, very cozy and homey inside. It made me feel loved.

"Yeah can we get one coffee, and one blueberry muffin, and a chocolate chip one," Alan ordered. I loved how he ordered with such confidence, knowing what I wanted. Alan and I had always been together since the first day I was born. He was four when I was born, there's plenty of pictures of him holding me. His mom always said it's as if he was connected to me, he always wanted to be with me. It was so bad as we got older, we would have to have the same classes, and teachers, all the activities we did together. Our parents always thought we would end up dating as we got older, they still do. Although we did grow to be closer, we both knew our feelings were just brother and sister. When his girlfriends broke up with him, I was there for him and him for me. He was there for me when I went through my worst heartbreak. I can't think of a time he wasn't there for me, or I for him. We were so in each other's life.

"Tan, let's go," he said, handing me my food. I grabbed it from his hands and we both headed out.

"So, now that I brought you food, are you finally going to tell me what that little moment between you and Georg was about?" he asked nudging my side. I let out a loud sigh, I honestly thought he had forgotten about it and was letting it go, but of course, this is Alan we are talking about. I shook my head at him.

"It was nothing, there was no moment, it's all in your head," I said rolling my eyes at him. There was nothing.

"Montana, I am a male and I know a moment when I see one. He's into you and you're into him," Alan said before sipping on his coffee. I shook my head again and scoffed at his thought.

"I'm not going to lie, he is an attractive man. But it even if I thought that way there was no chance for me. He is practically my boss, if he decided at any time my work wasn't good enough, he could easily tell Mark and I wouldn't get paid or I could get fired," I explained to Alan. I reached into my plastic bag and took a piece of my muffin. I didn't even want to think about getting fired from Retro.

Alan paused at the corner of the street before crossing the road, and turn to me, "Look, Tana, I'm just saying don't be surprised if he tries to make a move or something. He's clearly into you, I saw it in his eyes. I know the look because I give it to girls that I am interested in. Tana, the last thing I want is to see you be used by a guy, like before. It hurt me to see you in that position, and the idea of reliving it makes my blood boil." I took his words in, I could feel the sincerity in his voice. I looked down and then into his eyes and smiled. He went in for a hug, careful not spill his drink. "Promise me you'll be careful," he whispered in my ear.

"I promise," I responded. He pulled away and smiled before giving me a kiss on my forehead. At that moment, his phone rang, and reached into his pocket and answered.

"Yes, Mark," he answered. "Yeah." "Ok." "Yes, I will let you know." "Alright. Bye."

"Come on, we got work to do. But I'm serious, Tana. Keep what I said in mind ok," he said looking both sides of the street, and grabbed my hand to cross. I smiled at the gesture, he always did that, even though I could clearly do it on my own. It was just Alan being protective.

We quickly walked to the house, hoping the full band was home. The walk was really quiet, every now and then I would look at Alan. He looked as if he was trying to figure out what to say, he just never said anything. When we reached the house, we saw the twin's car outside, which meant they were home.

'Great, now we can discuss interview ideas and get this over with. Two more days, Montana. Two more days and you'll be home,' I thought to myself happily.

"Umm, we don't have a key," Alan said laughing.

"In all honesty, it's probably open," I said as I tried to open the door. To my surprise I was right it was open. I looked at Alan and smiled, before walking in. You could hear the boys talking, I couldn't believe I was the only girl here. I made a mental note to beg Mark to let me bring at least one girl along when it's all males.

"Hey, I'm gonna go call my mom just to let her know we got here safe," I let Alan know. "And I'll use it as a chance to get out these jeans," I laughed. Alan nodded and head to the kitchen where the boys were gathered. I ran up the stairs, pulling out my phone dialing my mom's phone.

"Tena?" I heard a small voice, I smiled knowing who it was already.

"Hey, buddy, what you doing?" I asked closing the door behind me.

"Playing on the phone, I mish chu, Tena," he said softly, I pouted my lips at the tone of his voice.

"I'll be home soon, Eli. Can you give the phone to, ma?" I asked him. I could hear him shuffling up the stairs and into my mom's room. I heard my mother ask him what was wrong, and he tells her I was on the phone.

"Yes, mija? You get there yet?" she asked me worriedly. I let out a yawned out yes.

"I'm at the boy's house already, I'm changing to go discuss ideas with them," I explained to her. We talked for what felt like hours when it was actually fifteen minutes. I told her about Georg and how Alan thought he liked me and all.

"Pues, Tana all I can tell you, is the take this interview and shoot seriously, and listen to Alan maybe he's right. You never know," she advised me.

"Si, ma. I know," I said quietly. "I have to go, mom, ok. I promise I'll call you before going to sleep ok, mami." She agreed to the idea. We said our goodbyes and ended the call. I got up and looked through my bags for some shorts. I tied my hair up and a messy bun. I looked into the mirror and decided my appearance was "presentable". I walked out of the room. It all really happened to quickly, I can't really explain all I know is that when I opened the door and stepped out I bumped into someone. I honestly thought I was going to fall, but I felt a pair of arms hug me tight.

"I got you," my heart skipped a beat as I heard his deep voice whisper so close to me. I didn't have to look at him to know who it came from. At the moment, I knew that I was wrapped in Georg's arms. It was him that prevented me from falling down.

To be completely honest with you, I wasn't quite sure how I felt about it.
