"Okay guys so this is the first show of this tour so let's make it good," their manager exclaimed. We all stood backstage while we waited for the crew to finish setting up. Since we were really close to the stage we could hear the crowd chanting their names. The boys looked more excited than I had ever seen them. On my right was Georg, who was making sure his bass was tuned. It didn't take him long to notice that I was staring at him.

"You ready?" he asked me. I looked over at him again, shaking my head.

"Shouldn't I be the one asking you that? I mean you're the one going on stage," I joked to him.

"Yeah but if your pictures aren't good then you could get fired," he joked back. I shrugged at his comment.

"Then fire me," I said looking straight into his eyes. He took two steps closer to be right in front of me. I looked towards Alan who wasn't too far away from us but thankfully his attention was on something else to notice us.

"I'm right here," Georg said, turning my head to look at him.

"It's fine and by the way, I wouldn't let them fire you," he said, taking a strand of hair between his fingers placing it behind my ear. Even though the gesture was meant to be romantic, I untucked my hair and let it fall against my face.

"It actually came out good," he laughed at the memory of me cutting my bangs on the bus. I had cut them some pieces of my hair in the front to make some long bangs a few days ago while we were in the van. The whole time Georg and Tom were making me nervous that I was messing up but I didn't.

"Alright guys let's go," Bill shouted to get our attention. The two of us stood behind while we watched the guys walk closer to the stage. In the beginning, Alan and I would go in between the barrier between the crowd and the stage, during this time, to begin taking videos and photos but now Alan just goes by himself. I stood behind to see Georg off using the excuse that I wanted to get a picture of the band before they went on stage. Neither of the members seemed to mind, as a matter of fact, they thought it was a good way to capture the memory of going on stage.

"Tana, make sure you get my good side," Tom joked as he stood and made a weird pose. I placed the camera up making sure I could see all the members. Noticing that I couldn't see Gustav, I motioned for him to move slightly towards Bill.

"Okay. Ready?" I put three fingers up to countdown for them.

"Got it. Alright guys good luck on stage," I said to them as they went up the stairs to the actual stage. Georg waited for all of them to be out of sight before turning to me with puckered lips. I looked towards the band to make sure that they couldn't see.

"So no good luck kiss?" he asked, putting his hand around my waist. I could feel his bass against me which made the hug uncomfortable.

"Your bass," I said pushing him away but he was quick to pull me back.

"I'll move when you give me my kiss," he puckered his lips again. I looked up again to see that no one was there, finally giving in to his demand.

"Now go before someone comes back," I pushed him in the directions of the members. He looked back at me with a serious face. I noticed his mood change, asking him what was wrong.

"So what if someone sees us?" he asked honestly. The look on his face made me realize that my comment had actually hurt him.

"Nothing, I just don't want people to know," I said quietly.

"Why?" he asked again. Time was running out since they had to get on stage in a matter of seconds but I knew he wasn't going to leave until I told him. The thing was how could I tell him that I just didn't want people to know. I once counted down the days till Georg was ready to tell everyone about us and now that the day was here I pulled back. There was no explanation for it. That's just how it was. But I knew I couldn't just say that but the next words that left my mouth were exactly that.

"I just don't want people to know," I said before I turned around to leave backstage and join Alan.
