Chapter 10

I wake up the next morning and realise it's Saturday!! As Chris is still sleeping, I try to get out of bed without waking her and succeed. I must be in a good mood from last night, I think while turning on the shower and undressing. When I look in the mirror I see my scars and frown, but before I let them ruin my good mood, I hop in the shower.

After my shower I head downstairs to Caleb's room, remembering he's leaving for college in a couple of days. I knock on his door and he answers right away, "Morning Sis, is Christina still sleeping?" I nod and sit on his bed. 

"Morning, what are you gonna do today?" I ask.

"I don't know, I'm gonna finish packing." He answers. Of course, he started packing days ago. He's a neat freak and wants to make sure he has everything he needs. I don't even know why he unpacked in the first place! 

"Are you sure you're gonna be alright here, on your own?" Caleb says, concerned.

"I'm sure," I'm not sure. It's gonna be like all my family is gone and I don't know if I will cope but I need to make him happy, there's no way I'm standing in the way of his future! "I'll have plenty of friends over to keep me company!" 

"Oh and make sure Uriah takes care of you and don't do anything you don't want to do!" He's being the protective brother today so I decide to toy with him.

"What if I want to do things?" I say, trying not to laugh.

Caleb turns red, "Well use protection!" He nearly yells. I burst out laughing and fall off his bed. " I was kidding!" I manage to say between my laughing.

He rolls his eyes and let's out a breathe."Good." He says.

I head back up to my floor and see that Christina is already awake.  "I heard something about using protection?" She rubs her eyes, trying to block out the morning light.

I roll my eyes, "Just me messing with Caleb." Chris laughs and my phone goes off.

Uri- Morning Princess!❤️😍
Me- No, no remember I'm the Queen!!👑👑
Uri- You're too cute😘
Me- Thanks baby😙😙
Uri- What are we doing today?
Me- Who said I wanted to do anything with you?
Uri- Oh I just assumed...
Me- Just kidding!😘😘 What do you want to do?
Uri- Picnic with the gang?😉
Me- Sounds good, I'll tell the girls. You tell the boys!
Uri- Okay. See you soon, my beauty💗
Me- Bye, my love❤️

"Ooh who was that? I saw you blushing." Chris says winking.

"It was Uri," I say blushing even more. "We're gonna invite the whole gang for a picnic at the park. You coming?" 

"Of course!! What are we gonna wear?" She yells.

I text the rest of the girls and they are all coming. Time for Chris's torture.

After a while, Christina chooses my outfit which consists of  a baby blue lace crop top, white skirt and white converse. Christina's outfit consists of a floral crop top with the number 19, black high waisted shorts and white converse.

Before we go I put my hair up into a high pony tail and Chris puts natural makeup on me. Chris has her hair straightened and also natural makeup.

We head downstairs, shouting goodbye to Caleb and getting the keys to the red Lamborghini. As we're driving to the park Chris yells, "OMG I love this car!"  

"I know it's awesome and we don't even have to pay for gas, the government does!" I say smiling then frowning, no don't think about your parents! I smile again and turn the radio up, singing to blank space by Taylor Swift.
