Chapter 23: Too Late

Sorry for the lack of chapters. I'm currently in my first year of high school and I'm already stressing out xD. I also have allot of homework...hope you guys understand...school sucks. :P

"I'll...leave you two alone. Let's go (Y/F)" Stefani says grabbing (Y/F) and leaving me with James in the room. I gave Stefani an evil look and she nods and leaves the room and closes the door. I roll my eyes as I see James setting down the bouquet of flowers on the table next to me. I cross my arms and I hear James sigh.

"Look..we need to talk." He says and I chuckle and roll my eyes once again.

"Yah right." I say. I hear his phone go off and I see him look at his phone and he ignores the call. It was probably Kylie...wasn't it. He puts his phone in his back pocket and he tries to hold my hand but I pull away and wince in pain....

"I think you should go James." I say looking down. A few seconds later he stays there. I look up at him to yell at him to leave but...I notice.. a tear streaming down his cheek. My mouth was half wide open...I was leaning in but I looked away. I can't.

"(Y/F)...please." I say nothing and he storms out the door a few seconds later. I see Stefani and (Y/F) come in confused and I was still looking in the same direction...

"(Y/F)?" (Y/F) says. 

"J-Just....ask the nurse I-If  I'm staying or not." I say and they both leave.

It was 6:03 pm. I was leaving in a few minutes. All of my fans saw my picture on instagram and twitter of me in the hospital bed. I made a whole paragraph and short video that explained everything but....not everything. Like...James...and Kylie.

My ankle/ leg was kind of hurting but I was limping a little bit. Stefani and (Y/F) helped me get home or...Stefani's house actually. We headed inside Stefani's car and (Y/F) headed home also. I thanked her as I was sitting on the car seat and we drove.

It was morning. I was sleeping in Stefani's bed and which she insisted me to do. She sleeped on the couch and she woke up and helped me get down. I thanked her again and she gave me some breakfast she prepared for me.

"You really don't have too...I feel bad." I say playing with my fork and food. 

"No....look its fine. I'm here for you ok?" She says and I smile and nod. I then eat my food and we both watch some t.v. 

Minutes later when I was done eating Stefani took my plate and went to wash the dishes. I thanked her and went on my phone. I checked twitter, instagram etc. and I was happy to see all the nice comments. I then hear the doorbell and Stefani opens the door and I see Jordan...I smile and Jordan hugs Stef and comes towards me and pulls me into a tight hug.

"You doing good?" he says.

"meh." I say and he smirks and chuckles and rubs my head.

"All the other people in the office couldn't come but....they really wish they can." he says sitting next to me and I nod.

"That's fine...I understand." I say. They both leave to talk and I get a little suspicious...I shrug it off and go on my phone and a few minutes later they come out of the kitchen.

"Hey...me and Jordan are going to go to the grocery store. Is that fine?" She says and I slowly nod. Jordan asked if I wanted anything but.....I did ask for some ice cream....They then left and I was there sitting on my fat ass and doing nothing. I then tried getting up and getting my crutches that was beside me. The nurses also wrapped my ankle with bandages a bit. I walked with my crutches over to my laptop and I surprisingly was able to get my laptop to the couch. 

I finally got comfortable and turned on my laptop. I checked all of my social media and any emails. I got allot of amazing and happy responses on my incident too. Minutes later the doorbell rang and I got my crutches and headed to the door that wasn't that far from the couch. I opened the door to see...you guessed it. James but he wasn't by himself....
