Arriving for work my first day my palms were sweating so bad, I do pace around near my car for at least ten minutes before I finally plucked up the courage to walk towards the door. I was wearing a pair of black skinny jeans, a button up floral shirt with no arms and a pair of black heeled shoes. As I got closer to the door I let my hair fall over my face, covering my sunglasses as someone walked passed and into the door. They held the door for me, I quickly sprinted through keeping my gym bag close to me as I quietly thanked them. I stood inside the building with my sunglasses still on, looking around like a bit of an idiot.

"Thought you might be here before me," a voice sounded out as the door opened. I turned around and saw AJ who was looking at me. "Are you okay?"

I nodded, "Yeah I'm alright." I lied. I was nervous as hell, I thought I was going to throw up. I could feel the acid in my stomach rising, I gulped hard as I smiled at AJ. "So are you going to show me where to go?"

He put an arm around me and guided me away from the main door, "I suppose since you are new around here."

Soon enough AJ had me in front of the office where Shane and Daniel worked. The door was closed and it sounded like there was a bit of a ruckus from the outside. "Shall I knock?" I asked AJ in a quiet mouse like voice.

AJ shrugged before he knocked himself. A few seconds passed before the door was opened by Daniel, behind him I could see Shane who was looking in my direction and someone who had their back to the door. "We can come back later if now isn't a good time," AJ said quickly prompting the person in the middle of the room to turn around.

My heart was pumping as fast at that moment I swear it was going to jump out of my chest. After 5 years, 5 long years I saw him again. I didn't know if I was more scared, excited or if that sick was rising again. He glanced at me for a second before he scowled at AJ, maybe he didn't recognise me, I had changed in the 5 years and I was still wearing the massive face covering sunglasses, that probably didn't help.

"Come back later!" Dean spat in our direction. "Right now," he slapped his championship belt that was resting on his shoulder, "The champ is here."

Shane looked at me, he smiled. "No it's alright. Why don't you guys come in?" He offered to me and AJ, we slowly entered the room, I stood behind AJ as him and Dean seemed to square up to each other.

"This is a private matter," Dean snapped as he looked at Shane again.

Shane came and stood next to me, "I thought since you were the champ that you would want to be introduced to all the new starters we have. Isn't that something you feel you should be doing?" Shane's voice a bit condescending to Dean.

Dean shrugged, "This is below me. I couldn't care less for another Diva." With that he left the room, I looked at AJ and finally let out a long breath. Daniel closed the door before I finally took my sunglasses off and shook both Shane and then Daniel's hands.

"Thank you so much," I said as I looked to Shane. I was smiling happily, my time was finally here and I knew it was right.

Shane smiled back at me, "It's a pleasure to have you here Tasha. I would like to tell you it was quite a fight to have you but Stephanie offered you up."

"Mick though," Daniel laughed. "He wanted you to go with them."

"Me and Stephanie, I guess we aren't that compatible." I admitted with a worried smile. "I am more than happy to be here."

Shane rubbed a hand down my arm before speaking, "I know about your previous time here."

"My previous time here was crazy." I rolled my eyes, "I have grown up since then."

AJ nodded in agreement, "She's not who she used to be."

"Lets not dwell on the past," Daniel broke up the party. "All that matters is the here and now. I am more than happy to have you here, to get to know you and see what amazing abilities you can bring to the ring."

That evening was spent with AJ showing me around, I wore my sunglasses the whole time staying hidden away beneath them. Luckily there wasn't too many people around and AJ didn't introduce me to any one, not until we headed to the catering block where we sat at a table together. He has gotten some food and drinks which was stay in front of us which we picked at until we were joined by Dean who rudely came and sat opposite AJ and grabbed a frie from his plate and put it into his mouth.

"So," Dean slapped his championship title on the table in front of me and smirked at AJ. "Still got your sights set on this bad boy?"

AJ looked at me before he looked back to Dean, "Nows not the time."

Dean raised his eyebrows, "What's the matter AJ?" He asked using a fake sympathy voice. "Afraid I'll show you up in front of your little girlfriend here?" Dean then laughed, "Does your wife know about this one?"

AJ balled his fists up on the table for Dean to see, "Just leave it Ambrose!" AJ warned through gritted teeth.

"Who is this one anyway?" Dean asked, his hands coming bit close to my face. I quickly flinched back as he tried to grab my sunglasses.

I looked at him like he was crazy. AJ just stared at me, I didn't speak and hopefully AJ would sort the problem knowing I was speaking.

AJ turned back to Dean and spoke "I'm sure you'll meet my friend in good time."

"Oh," Dean pushed his hair from his eyes. "But you know how much I hate surprises."

His whiny voice was doing my head in. I didn't want to see him again like this, I thought he would be more grown up, more of a man. I let out a sigh, AJ looked at me followed by Dean's eyes.

"Does she speak or what?" Dean snapped making a few people look in our direction.

I faked a yawn before I stood up, AJ understood and followed by standing too. "Not to you." AJ laughed before we walked away.

I had imagined that we wouldn't get on, but just seeing him sent shovers down my spine. He made me weak inside and I hated this feeling. I knew I couldn't be weak though, I didn't want to be the old Tasha.
