Arriving at the courthouse I was dead nervous, I had decided to get the tube here and I would be getting a taxi home, it was much easier than driving or anything else. Even listening to music hadn't calmed my nerves on the way, my outfit was something I wouldn't normally wear and that made me feel even more self-conscious.

Walking up the steps of the courthouse my eyes glanced around before my eyes met his, the green eyes on the man I would be facing in court. My breathing started to speed up as we stared at each other, he narrowed his eyes at me before tilting his head to the side as he smirked at me.

I could feel his hands on my skin before he looked at up at me, his green eyes looking at me like he was searching my soul, "Look who's waking up," he laughed as he climbed off of me. "We can't have you fighting back now, can we?"

My eyes followed him as he walked away from the bed, my mouth and words weren't working, I couldn't seem to speak, my brain not communicating what I needed to say. My brain also didn't seem to be working when it came to moving my arms or legs, all I could do for now was just watch him.

The pain in the back of my head was enough to make me want to scream, my body felt like it was cold, maybe I was shaking.

He stepped out of my view for a second before he reappeared and turned and looked at me, my eyes widened at the items in his hands. "You're quite beautiful really," he told me as he walked back to me. "I'm so lucky that you weren't lonely tonight."

I managed to make a sound but it was a mumbling moan as I tried to shake my head, but again my body wasn't doing as it was told as he traced his fingers over my face slowly.

"There's no need for all this fuss," he spoke in a seductive tone as he leaned close, his lips planting a kiss on my right cheek before he stood up straight. "We've got all night together."

I shook my head as I looked away from him and headed up the stairs at a much quicker pace. I pushed through the door and headed through the reception area before I started to walk where I was told my court was going to be. I was focused so much on walking that I wasn't prepared when someone grabbed my wrist, turning and looking at the person I jumped back when I saw it was him.

"Please leave me alone," I spoke as I stepped back from him.

He took a step towards me before he trapped me against the wall, his hands either side of my head. I looked at each hand before looking at his face, "Do not go into that courtroom."

"Move away from me," I told him.

He leaned in so his mouth was against my ear before he whispered, "Go in there, go through with this and you'll be ripped apart in front of everyone. Everyone will know all about your time in rehab and the things you did then, no one will believe a word you say." He stood up straight removing his hands from the wall before he smirked at me, "Think about it."

I watched as he walked away before I let the tears roll down my cheeks that had been threatening to spill since I saw him. How did he even know I was in rehab? How would he know about anything I did during that time?

My eyes darted around as I looked to see if anyone was around, luckily no one seemed to be here before I turned back to the door only to stop and think about what I was doing. It wasn't public knowledge that I had been in rehab, but it could easily be found out especially if you wanted to know about someone in the public eye.

The press would most certainly be watching this case, especially with how strange the circumstances were. Even if I didn't tell Dean about what was happening today he could read about it in the papers, and if this man knew all my secrets then Dean would also know. His family would know, his friends, my family and my friends too.
