WARNING OVERUSE OF THE WORD FEEL!!

Setting: TFA MCU

"You have no idea how good it is to have you back." You murmured to Bucky as you two cuddled on Steve's couch. "You have no idea how good it feels to feel your heart pounding against my chest like this again."

"Yeah, I bet you did miss how that felt, Barnes." You smiled and kissed Bucky again, loving the feeling of his lips against yours. A feeling you'd missed all too much.

"Hey, guys, Peggy and I are gonna hit the hay. See you two in the morning." Steve smiled, and Peggy waved goodbye from Steve's room.

You and Bucky wondered how Steve had gotten Peggy home like this. "Actually, Steve,"

Steve turned and Bucky helped you up. "We're gonna go too. See you in the morning Buddy."

"Yeah, have a good sleep," Steve winked at you, and the blush on your cheeks deepened as you felt for your jacket while watching them.

"C'mon, Doll," Bucky helped your jacket over your red dress, and you shivered at the feeling of his fingertips grazing your forearms.

You felt all your senses were heightened around Bucky. Now, more aware of every touch, breath, sound, how vibrant he looked, and good you felt. It was crazy, the effect he has on you.

"You're amazing, you know?" You blushed, and looked down at yours and Bucky's entwined fingers. "You're not so bad yourself, Buck."

"They didn't believe me when I told them I had a girlfriend." You looked up as his face, which shone so well in the moonlight.

"Why not? Didn't believe that you could be tied down?" You giggled at the face he made. "I admit, James. I didn't believe it either."

"That I could fall for you and actually keep my promise for six years, or that I fell for you?" You giggled as he kissed you cheek.

"More the fact that you fell for me at all." You noticed the clouds rolling in and you could feel the humidity as well.

"Well, I wanna know who didn't fall for you, doll. The most beautiful girl in all of Brooklyn and she chose me! James Buchanan Barnes!" You laughed as he lifted you and spun around, before lowering you slowly, and attaching his lips to yours.

"God, I love you." Bucky didn't move from the middle of the silent sidewalk, wanting to hold you close for as long as he could, so that your warmth was etched in his mind, the feeling of your heartbeat against his chest like his second heartbeat, and your giggles the sound helping him through everyday.

You felt a drip of water on your forehead, and you and Bucky instinctively looked up, unable to let go of each other, not wanting to lose the feeling of each others warmth.

The rain slowly fell harder and Bucky backed away into the alleyway. "Doll, c'mon we'll take the back way."

"Dance in the rain with me, James."

He turned around, watching as she dropped her jacket into the small puddle forming around her, and held out her hand.

He noticed how her hair, dress and feet were soaked, yet she still smiled as bright as the sun. He noticed how her eyes smiled with her cheeks and lips, and how she was calling out to him.

She was his. His and only his. "Okay." He took her hand and pulled her close, resting his hand on her waist, and entwining their fingers once again.

"Can I ask you something?" James questioned, resting his chin on her forehead. "Of course,"

"If I asked you to spend the rest of your life with me would you say yes?"
