As the moon faded out of view and we re-engaged the jump drive engines, I began to reconsider how I wanted to go about this. The gun-ho strategy nearly got my friends and myself killed. Considering that Sidriks was there to save me, that was the only thing that kept me alive. Secondly, who was that hunter woman from earlier? Why did she not want me to see her? It was odd. Then again, when isn't there a day that doesn't conclude with more questions than answers? Space and time all seem to hold secrets, willing to push us to think in a way, but never telling us the answer to the secrets they hold. I kept watching as Earth's satellite grew smaller and smaller before I focused my attention on something else.

"Captain?"

"Yes, sir?"

"Were they alright?" I asked, reflecting on the condition of my fireteam by the time that I had recovered them.

"Well, they didn't move for a good portion of the trip." He said with a tone of concern. "Then they started to talk, mostly in gibberish for a few seconds." His tone kept dropping out of disturbance. "Then, they passed out, Camerons face started to rejuvenate to a certain extent the closer we got to Earth." He continued. "The Tower frame medical unit picked them up to care for them."

"The Tower medic?"

"Yes, the units name is Monty 93-50."

I debated it for a moment in my head, I just wanted to make sure they were alright. "Where can I find him?"

"He should be close to the Speaker's chamber, go through the door in front of it, then take a left. Be careful though, I have heard from tapping into a few channels that he can be a bit...abrasive."

"Thank you," I replied before he transmatted me to the Tower plaza. I had to see them, so I ran to the left to get to the Tower north. I only passed through there once to get to the library, but that was it. I kept going, seeing several civilians watched me as I kept moving to the medical bay. As I approached the small square, there was a bright red neon cross above a push door with the word "Medical" in three languages. I stormed into the place, it was white, clearly sanitized and well kept as unnecessary as it was. The space itself had roughly eight doors and a small desk with another white frame at the desk, the frame was typing away at something as I looked inside. It's head perked up and looked at me for a moment before speaking up.

"Good afternoon." It replied, it was a feminine voice, it sounded sweet.

"Hello," I replied. "I'm...uh...here to see a patient?"

"You sound like you are new here, would you like for me to tell you how things work?" She asked politely.

"Uh..sure,"

"Well, there are eight individual medical bay doors on this floor, as well as several intensive care units below, currently only one of the rooms is occupied," She said before I quickly interjected.

"It's not one of the intensive care units is it?" I asked quickly.

"No. It's actually just room eight on the far right,"

"May I see the patients inside, they're friends of mine."

"Cameron Vasquez and Aaron-14 are currently unconscious, but if you wish to see them, you may." She said standing up and leading me to the far right door. I couldn't see through the fogged glass as she pulled up an access key opening the door. She let me inside to get a better look at them. I saw my friends lying on two hospital beds, Cameron had an oxygen mask over her face and Aaron with a white tube full of a light-blue luminescent liquid hooked up to a port on his arm.

Quickly I ran over to Cameron's side as I looked her body up and over. "Please be okay, please be okay..." I said to myself.

"I don't want you touching them, you can get close, but that's all you can do." A voice had told me from the doorway that I had just ran through. It had an accent reminiscent of Lord Shaxx's however it was higher pitched with more accented vowels. I turned around to see who had just talked to me. The machine was white with a red cross over his shoulder with a large pouch of medical supplies on his front. He walked over to Aaron's side and gently placed his hand over the tube going into his arm and looking at the monitor that was linked to Cameron.
