Chapter 62!

U awoke to the sound of light birdsong outside and the deep breathing of Thomas that signified he was asleep. Being careful not to wake him, you edged out of bed and got into the shower. Looking at the clock you saw it was 7:30- you had an hour to get ready before you were due to meet the others for breakfast.

As you stood in the spacious hotel room trying to decide what to wear, you noticed Thomas yawn and sit up in the bed.
"Good morning. Why didn't you wake me up?"
You moved swiftly to the bed and gave him a kiss.
"You just looked so cute I felt mean to wake you up!"
"Well, I look cute all the time anyway, soo."
You both laughed together until you stood up and finally selected ur outfit for the day. You chose a floaty white, knee length dress with a brown leather belt and some cute brown sandals. You then put on minimal makeup, put your hair up in a twist and put on perfume whilst Thomas put on trousers and a blue shirt.

When you showed Thomas your handiwork he whistled and pulled you into a hug.
"Wow, y/n, you look exceptionally beautiful today!"
"Well, it is our last full day so I thought I'd make the effort," you laughed, "anyway, let's go!"

You enjoyed a small breakfast of croissants and coffee with your friends before heading out on your day trip. You were going to go to Cinque Terre, a beautiful little region by the sea near enough to where you were all staying. As you walked along the busy pavements to the coach stop where you were travelling there from, you noticed charlottes positive change in spirit. The pills seemed to be working as she strolled along happily holding Minho's hand, making a joke with Holly and laughing. You were happy that ur friend seemed to have gotten through the torture of the last couple of days.

You also noticed Edie for the first time since you saw her at the cafe, engrossed in a conversation with Dylan about Antonio, the good looking Italian tour guide she had started to shyly see every now and then. Apparently she needed 'help' for a project she was doing on Italian monuments for college, and he was more than happy to help her out with her note-taking. The thought of Edie and Antonio flirting over historical tourist attractions made you laugh, it was good to see that she was slowly starting to get over Winston.

As for Holly and Dylan, they were all over each other, kissing and cuddling for all to see on the coach and whilst walking!

After a 2 hour coach ride, you made it to the little town and we're having great fun exploring and chatting with each other. In one old jewellers, Thomas sent you away to get ice cream. When you came back you saw him, holding a small silver bag in his hand.
"For you" he said.
With trembling hands, you slowly opened the velvet box to reveal a gorgeous silver bracelet, twinkling and dainty in its case, a little heart surrounded by gold in its centre.
"Oh Thomas," you exclaimed breathlessly, "it's just beautiful. Thank you so so much!"
With that, you flung yourself into his arms, kissing him passionately before gently fastening the bracelet around ur wrist.
"I hope you like it y/n. After all, you deserve something special."
Ur friends all stood around you and sighed with happiness,
"Awwwww!"
Laughing, you all made ur way down to the secluded strip of beach on the left side of the town, eating your delicious ice creams and watching as the sun slipped below the dark blue sea....
