A/N: Yo yo yo! Not many songs in this chapter, but it is pretty long! Hope you guys like it~ I think I identify the most with Alphys, me being a nerd and loving science~ But I can also be DRAMATIC!! So, Mettaton has a small chunk of my identity too.

Anyways, the songs are Alphys once the "Oh. My Gosh." is done, then It's Showtime! for the Quiz Show, then Alphys again.

Sans had allowed her to move closer to the door, and once it opened and Mari walked in, he followed beside her. His white eyes moved around the room, wondering why the lights were off. His eyes gave off their own dull lighting as they walked in. He flinched when he felt Mari grab his hand, despite knowing he should have expected that. He glanced away and turned his gaze towards the large TV that was in the room. It was always the first thing he noticed when he entered the lab. However, he was sure that it wasn't going to be the only form of light soon either. Sans had felt Mari continue on after inspecting the large TV, trying to see where the camera was in the dark room. When Sans heard the sound of the door opening, he could immediately tell who it was. He chuckled a bit as the lights turned on to reveal the yellow lizard monster before him. He took his other hand out of his pocket to wave at her in greeting. He glanced around, sure that Toriel was somewhere nearby. She couldn't have left the lab, he didn't think. " * hey." He said nonchalantly to his friend.

Alphys gave a small sigh. Going . . . there was never fun. But it had to be done. It was the only way to the bathroom . . . She walked out of the door and right to the light switch. She turned it on, and then turned to check on the monitor, or maybe her computer. She wasn't looking up right away, but when she heard a familiar voice, she raised her head up to see Sans, and . . . The Human!! She gasped and turned back towards the wall. "Oh. My god. I didn't expect you to show up so soon!" She said, then started turning this way and that, worrying. "I haven't showered, I'm barely dressed, it's all messy, and . . ." She slowly stopped, then turned to face the Human again. "Ummm . . . H-h-hiya! I'm Dr. Alphys. I'm ASGORE's royal scientist! B-b-but, ahhhh, I'm not one of the 'bad guys'! Actually, since you stepped out of the RUINS, I've, um . . ." she paused, then blushed, ". . . been "observing" your journey through my console. Your fights . . . Your friendships . . . Everything! I was originally going to stop you, but . . ." she blushed again, "Watching someone on a screen really makes you root for them. S-so, ahhh, now I want to help you! Using my knowledge, I can easily guide you through Hotland! I know a way right to ASGORE's castle, no problem!" She paused, looking away. There was that one thing . . . "Well, actually, umm, there's just a tiny issue. A long time ago, I made a robot named Mettaton. Originally, I built him to be an entertainment robot. Uh, you know, like a robotic TV star or something. Anyway, recently I decided to make him more useful. You know, just some small practical adjustments. Like, um . . ." she paused, then blushed, sweating, "Anti . . . anti-Human combat features? Of c-course, when I saw you coming, I immediately decided . . . I have to remove those features! Unfortunately, I may have made a teensy mistake while doing so. And, um . . ." she paused, then smiled nervously, "Now he's an unstoppable killing machine with a thirst for Human blood? Ehehehehe . . . Heh. But, umm, hopefully we won't run into him!" She said. She was just about to tell them where their friend, the Monster that looked a bit like ASGORE, was, but just then they could hear a loud, metallic, thumping sound. " . . . ?" Another. "Did you hear something?" More, getting faster and louder. "Oh no." Then suddenly the lights were out.

Sans had watched Alphys' reaction to Mari and couldn't help but chuckle. He had noticed those cameras long ago, so it didn't bother him when she stated that she was observing them through their journey. Well, Mari was interesting to watch. She was usually very optimistic about her situation, so Sans understood why Alphys had rooted for her on her way here, however, when she started talking about that stupid robot, he couldn't help but give a grimace. He hated that robot with a passion. Their super egotistic nature was something Sans despised, and he couldn't understand what Papyrus saw in that stupid rectangular idol. He was the only source of entertainment on TV, however, despite Alphys' interesting . . . show choices. Sans frowned deeply when he heard the stomping, and groaned. How convenient . . . Before he heard the wall break apart to reveal who it was, he already knew who it was. There was only one robot capable of that sound anywhere underground.
