Monroe's POV:
I walked into school feeling a lot better about myself. I am more comfortable about this secret admirer thing. I walked over to my locker and took out my books for the day. I frowned a little when I didn't see any tiny piece of paper fall out. I closed my locker and walked to my first period. As soon as I walked in, everyone that was already in was looking at me and whispering. I bit my lip before walking to my locker. I looked to see a note taped to it along with a bouquet of roses and a container of candy. I blushed as I walked over to my desk and tore the note off gently. I smiled as I read
Dear Monroe,
If someone asked me
Why I like you so
I would have to think
For I don't really know
I can't put a finger on why
I'm crushing on you madly
All I know is that
I like you like crazy
Love your secret admirerI blushed as I carefully folded it and put it in my bookbag along with the small box of candy when the bell rang.
"Oh my God!" Gwen squealed as I sat at our table with the flowers. "Shut up." I blushed before covering my face. "You got flowers from him! That's so cute." She smiled as she took of her pesto pasta. "Yeah, it is. I just want to know who it is. I wonder if I know them." I looked at her. "You have to, do you remember any guys that you talk to?" She asked me and I took a bite from my lasagna. I thought about all the guys in my class and limited the number to the ones that I talk to. "The only guy I really talk to is Amadeus." I said to her and her eyes widen and shrugged. "Maybe it's him." She said and I shrugged. "Maybe, I want to get more clues before I exactly know." I said, making her nod. "I'm really excited for you." She smiled, making me smile too.
