Natasha Romanoff was f-in stubborn.
###
"Are you sure you want to go get some froyo? I mean you just ate 3 scoops of ice cream this morning and you were sick, you're gonna be worse," Steve tried to convince her not to go to the froyo shop not far from the airport after drivig Stark there. He got a point though, she was sick. It's a wonder how she managed to stand up straight after eating ice cream while being sick.
"Yeah, it's fine," she said followed by a cough as she drove. Yes, they had switched roles of being the driver.
"See that's what I mean."
"No, it's fine it's just the AC," she said and slapped the AC away from her direction and let out a cough afterwards.
"Natasha, you're coughing again. No froyos," he said sternly.
"I'm driving. I get to decide."
"Natasha-"
"Hussshsshhhhh" she shushed him, putting one finger on her mouth as she did.
"Fine."

Natasha decided to go with plain froyo with fruit toppings. While Steve, sat across her and watched her eat, as she coughed every one or two spoons. Steve got up from his seat and returned with a glass of water.
"Here," he said as he offered her the glass. She grabbed it quickly and gulped in the water.
"Thanks."
"See, told ya you'll get worse."
"I'm fine," she keeps on saying while it's obviously the other way around as she gave another cough. Basically, she'll end each sentence with a cough. On the way back, sneezes were included.
"You should've not eaten it, I told you. Look at you," Steve said as he drove her back.
"I'm completely fine. Yeah, well except for this tiny headache."
"Natasha!"
"What? I'm fine, it won't kill me."
Sheesh, if there was one thing Steve could learn from that day was Natasha Romanoff is the truest form of stubborness.
###
"I can walk myself back," she said as they parked the car.
"I'm coming with you."
"No."
"Yes."
"I'm fine."
"You're sick."
"I know!"
What is it with Steve and Natasha arguing in car parks?
"I'll take my meds I promise," she tried to convince him. After a minute of consideration he nodded and opened the car door just to close it again.
"I'm coming with you anyway," he said and walked towards her.
"There's no way to stop you, is there?"
