"Babe, you good to go?" I asked y/n as she seemed in search of something.
We were about to leave our hotel in Lakewood after the show last night. We were now proceeding to Atlanta but y/n had almost turned our hotel room upside down just to find what she was looking for.
"No, but you can go," she said, kneeling down while rummaging through her messenger bag. "I just have to find my charger. Did you see it?"
"Phone charger?" I asked and she nodded, not taking her eyes off from her bag. "No, I haven't. You used it earlier, right?"
"Yes, and now it's gone," she said irritatedly, standing up from the floor and nearly flipping the whole bed when she hauled the duvets off. "Ugh, shit! Where the fuck did I put it?!"
Apparently, my girlfriend has a major detestation of looking for material things. She hates going round and round in an area, and the idea of going back to places and still not finding what she's looking for. Y/n might be patient when it comes to my attitude sometimes but when she loses something?
She flips the fuck out.
"You must've misplaced it," I said, putting my backpack down and helping her look under the bed.
"Well, obviously," she scoffed, making me smirk.
Ah, there's the attitude.
"Where did you last use it?" I asked, standing up and opening the drawers of the nightstand.
"Here, just beside the bed," she answered, lifting her suitcase off and looking under it.
"Then? Where did you put it?" I questioned once more, pushing the pillows on the bed.
"I can't remember," she admitted almost shyly, causing me to smile. "It has to be here. I know I placed it right here."
"Where?" I walked over to her, nodding when she pointed to the small table in the room. "Have you tried looking in your things? Maybe it's there."
"I've been sorting my things in and out because of it," she said harshly, disappearing to the bathroom and I grimaced when I heard her hastily opening the cabinets. Everything was clattering under her touch and I tried to keep a straight face when she walked back. "It's not even in the bathroom."
"We can buy you a new one, babe," I said softly, trying to calm her down.
"I need it," she simply retorted, starting to put her things out from the suitcase again but I stopped her before she could make a mess.
