Chapter 25

I was sitting in the kitchen with Emma and John and talking about the last family party we went to.

"That was so much fun" I laughed "I wish we had more parties to go to"

"Me too" John sighed.

"Where is she?! Where the hell is she?!" I stood up and stood in front of Emma.

Harry stood in the kitchen doorway "you have no right! Barging in here!"

"What the hell Lacey?! It's been two week since I left that voicemail and I'm thinking you want me out of your life, that you don't care about me anymore"

"Son you should go" my uncle tried to pull him away.

"I need answers!"

I sighed "can everyone just leave us alone please"

Everyone left "do you want something to drink?" I tried to remain calm.

"No... Do I not matter to you anymore Lacey? Did you get my voicemail?"

"Yes I did"

"Then what happened?" He asked me as he uncrossed his arms.

"I had a lot of family stuff going on and I thought it was best if I stood away so I wouldn't get distracted"

"What happened?"

"Um Leo's trial and then I found my mom's will and we had to go talk to my dad and we had to go over it... I'm sorry Haz I am but I had to deal with my family first"

"Are you okay?" He asked me.

"Um not sure but I was so touched by your voicemail Harry... I don't know what I want to do"

He came closer to me "do you want to be with me?"

"Of course I do but..."

"Ssh" he towered over me and I feel my heartbeat getting faster "don't think, just feel"

I felt our heartbeats, beating as one. Don't think, just feel he said and that's what exactly what I did. I wrapped my arms around his neck and my legs around his waist and began to kiss him.

He let out a moan "I missed you so fucking much babe"

"Me too"

He put me back down as I told my family they can come back in. Harry and I went to the basement to talk.

"Wow Lacey, that's a lot of money"

"I know! It can help with college and maybe I can save some of it for Em"

"That's crazy!" He pulled me close.

"God I fucking missed you" I ran my hands through his hair.

"These past few weeks were hell without you beautiful"

"I know" I sighed.

"I want you to be there for me"

I sat back and looked at him "what?" I asked in disbelief.

"When I leave, I want you to be there for me. It's going to be hard and I will understand if you want out but I want to give it a try"

I wrapped my arms around him "I love you so much baby"

"Me too baby girl, me too"

"Um" I smirked.

"What are you thinking about babe?"

I got up and grabbed his hand "follow me"

"Ok" he seemed so confused.

Once we got into the bathroom and I closed the door behind us, I think it clicked. He turned on the shower as we both undressed and got in.

"Are you sure?" He asked me.

"Harry baby, I love you but just shut up"

I laughed as I went into smash my lips against his.

I laughed as I dried his hair than mine "I can't not having my aunt and uncle knowing we had shower sex with them in the house"

"They won't"

"But you need to apologize"

Harry nodded "yeah I do" he sighed.

We went upstairs and I stood by Harry as he apologized "it's okay son"

I walked him to his car "I got an idea"

"Ooh! What is it?" He pulled me against him.

"You come get me to watch the sunrise" I smiled.

"I'm in" he kissed my cheek "I'll see you tomorrow morning"

"Okay"

I went back inside and my pill.

The next morning, I got up and dressed and snuck out to get into Harry's car. We laid in the back of his car.

"Okay so um is it okay to talk about when you leave?"

"Yeah" we sat up "what do you want to know babe?"

"Everything" I smiled at him "when do you leave?"

"End of August, then I go off to basic training for a few weeks"

"Okay and how does that work?"

"We'll going to be in a building where families can hang out and we'll have to like sign papers or whatever then they would let us know when we're leaving and we'll get in the cars and off to an airport. We will get to call maybe once a week or once every two weeks, they will let us know when we can call our families"

"Wow" I sighed "I don't know if I'm ready for this" I held his hand.

"You are the strongest girl I know Lace plus you can send me mail if you want"

"I will definitely do that! Okay so once you made it through basic training, then what?"

"Then we will have a graduation, we'll two ceremonies then I will be able to come home for a week then I will have to go to army school for the major I decided"

I sighed and nodded "you okay babe?" Harry chuckled.

"It's just a lot" I told him.

"I know" he pulled me close to him "but we can do it right?"

"Yeah of course" I smiled at him.

We watched the sunrise then went to get breakfast and go to school.

"Where were you this morning?" John asked.

"I snuck out to watch sunrise with Harry"

"Ah again?"

"Yeah" I smiled as I went off to class.
