"I know what I need to do now Kate"

"And that is?"

"I need to let go of Danny, I fucked up Kate! I had sex with him and I can't let that happen"

"How was the sex?"

"Kate!" I slapped her arm.

"How was it?!"

"Amazing" I sighed "but I can't do that again, I have to think of Elizabeth"

"Good for you"

"He gave me full custody of Liz"

"Wait seriously?!"

"Yes! He takes her on the weekends"

"Did you ask him why he did that?" Kate asked me.

"I didn't get a chance to! But I guess he didn't want to fight with me about it"

"That was really nice of him, like really nice"

"I know, I think I'm going to go see Harry"

"Are you going to tell him?"

"Yeah, the last thing I want to do is lie to him and keep things from him"

"Good luck babe"

I nodded as I kissed her cheek and went to Harry's base. I drove to his job and I parked my car as I walked over to him.

"Hey Lacey"

"Hey Joe" I smiled at one of Harry's coworkers.

I tapped Harry's shoulder and he turned to me "Hey Lacey"

"Do you have sometime for us to talk?"

"Sure" we walked away from his job.

"I messed up Haz, after we went to the club I went to Daniel's and well we had sex... I realize that he is my addiction and that I need to let go of him. I want to give us a chance I really do if you still want to"

Harry sighed "you're not going to let it happen again?"

"I don't want it to! No"

"This is going to take some time Lace"

"I know it will be"

He ran his hands through my hair "I will wait a lifetime to be with you again if I had to" Ugh my heart just fluttered "I have to get back to work, see you later"

"Yeah"

I got back in my car and went to work and took care of my animals. Then I went home.

"Sweetie"

"Yeah mom"

"I think Elizabeth is sick"

I jumped up and went to my baby girl "she's hot"

I got in the car and dialed Daniel's number "Danny! Meet me in the hospital now!"

I hung up and rush in with my daughter in my arms "hi um my daughter sick and I don't know what to do"

I walked into a room where Daniel met me "what happened?"

"She has a fever and she's coughing" I tell him.

"You're going to be okay princess"

"Why did you give me custody of Liz?" I asked Daniel.

"You're her mother and she belongs with you"

I smiled as the doctor walked in, he gave us some medicine and said she should be fine.

"You're going to be okay?"

"Fine, yeah thanks"

I got in the car and called Harry to meet me at my mother's.

"Hey you okay?"

"Just went to the hospital, Liz is sick"

We walked upstairs to my room "is she going to be okay?"

"Should be" I looked at him "I was so fucking scared Harry"

"I bet you were but I'm sure she's going to be fine"

I gave Liz some little medicine then rocked her back and forth "this little girl is my heart Haz"

"Beautiful little girl"

I leaned my head on his shoulder "do you want me to stay?"

I looked up at Harry "yeah please"

He nodded as he took Lizzy from me and let me get some rest. When I woke up, Harry was knocked out with Lizzy on his arm. I got up and took her from him and she felt normal again. I put her in her crib.

"Goodnight angel"

I put the quilt over Harry and I and fell back to sleep.
