It's been five months since we've been engaged and we're finally getting married! Finally, I'm marrying the love of my life. I'm kind of nervous but I can't wait.
"Are you ready?" Craig asks.
Me and Brooke flew back to New York for the wedding since all of our friends and family were there.
"Yeah." I said, blowing out a little air.
Craig was my best man in the wedding. Aisha and Ray's girlfriend, Paige, were the bridesmaids. Alisha and Brooke made up a few months back and Paige and her clicked instantly when we came back last month.
Surprisingly, Brooke and her mom made up as well. Since there was no man to take Brooke down the isle, Craig offered to do it. I have no problem, that's like his sister.
"Come on, let's go." He says, nudging my arm.
It's time.
I walked to the end of the alter next to the priest and the girls. Alisha and Paige gave me a friendly smile as organ music began to play.
And there she stood, looking beautiful. She looped her arm with Craig's as she began walking down the isle towards me. I felt a tear slip from my eye as I watched her. I can't believe I'm finally marrying her.
They reached the end of the isle and she stood across from me.
"We are gathered here today to unite these two people in marriage." The priest began. He continued on for a few more minutes. I wasn't really listening, I was too focused on Brooke's beauty.
"Jacob Perez, do you take Brooke Adams as your lawfully wedded wife to support through sickness and love everyday til death do you part?"
"I-I do." I smile, slipping the ring on her finger.
"Brooke Adams, do you take Jacob Perez as your lawfully wedded husband to support through sickness and love everyday til death do you part?"
"I do." She smiles, putting the ring on my finger.
"You may now kiss the bride."
I leaned in slowly and our lips touched. This moment, I knew, i wanted to be with her for the rest of my life. The people started to clap and cheer as I pulled away. She smiled at me as I wiped her eyes away.
"I love you." I whisper, hugging her tightly.
"I love you more." She says in a shaky tone as her eyes watered.

1 year later
"Come on, Brooke, you can do it." I say, as she squeezes my hand tighter.
"Fuck!" She yells, throwing her head back in pain.
"On three I need you to push." The Doctor said. "One...two...three!" A head starts to come out.
"Almost there baby." I whisper, kissing her forehead.
"FUCK!" She yells out again.
"One..two..three!" Finally, the baby comes out.
"It's a girl." He smiles.
He comes back a few minutes later, with the baby in a blanket.
"So what are we naming her?" I ask, staring down at her in amazement.
"Angelica Kaylee Perez." Brooke smiles, as I hand her the baby.
"Angelica it is." I smile. The doctor comes back with the birth certificate.

I smile down at Angelica and then at Brooke.
"I love you so much." I smile, kissing her forehead.
"I love you too." She smiles back, leaning her head against my shoulder and grabbing my hand. "I love you too."
