When I wake up, I'm greeted by soft light coming in through the window. It's dawn. Loki is gone but the spot where he was laying is still warm.
"Goodmorning darling. How did you sleep?" I hear his voice ask me from behind me.
"Gooddd." I softly reply in my sleepy voice. He walks around the bed and lays back down, pulling me against him again.
"Today should be pretty busy. Thor and his buffoons he calls friends will be visiting today because Odin thinks they should practice sparring against our warriors." He sighs in annoyance.
"I think they're nice. At least to me. Did you know he avengers think I want to be 'rescued'?"
He squeezes me tighter when I say this. "You better not leave me.. Ever.." He says worried.
"Don't worry. I'll never leave you." He sighs in relief and kisses the top of my head.
He gets up again and starts to get dressed for the day.
"Thor and his lot will be arriving soon." He says over his shoulder.
"Ugh.. Okay." I sigh and get out of bed, wishing I could just cuddle Loki all day.
