That night I stood at Loki's side for hours while he chatted with guests and people trying to make an alliance with him. It was pretty funny to watch him scare the people into thinking he would have war against them.
"Madam, you wouldn't let him do that to us would you?! You wouldn't let him attack and take all our land would you?" A worried looking noble man asks me. I hadn't been listening but had heard enough. Out of the corner of my eye, I can see Loki grinning.
"It would depend on if you had attacked us first in some way. Then I would. Or if I just don't like you." I say with a smile. The man gulps and turns to go talk to some other people.
As Loki and I walk past them to begin the feast, I overhear their conversation.
"We must make her like us! Loki is very protective of his wife and if we did so much as anger her he would destroy everything we have! Order the men to bring our finest gifts of gold and gems!" The noble orders his people and worriedly looks around.
It's funny how scared they get. Of course I wouldn't let Loki attack them for no reason. It's just fun to mess with them.
Sorry it's short and I don't update often. I've been super busy with school and such.
