HARU
Haru always hated cold mornings. When she stood up from the bed, she felt the icy freeze pierced through her skin, she shivered and wrapped the big comforter of his bed on her body.
Hunter wasn't beside her when she woke up and she was grateful for that. He was kind last night. Haru did cry super hard because of Luke Valas's death and thinking about it now, she still wanted to cry. It was so unfair! How could Vlad St. Claire aka MURDERER did Luke Valas dirty? Luke was a fan favourite and certainly DID NOT deserve to die.
If 17-year-old, still wore her braces, and spend her allowance of the series' merchandises Haru Walt knew what would happen in the last book, she would mourn his death for at least a year.
Oh god, she wanted to cry again. Goddammit Luke! Why you leave me like this?!
She admitted, that even before the last book of her favourite series came out, she could feel that something bad would happen to her beloved character, but she DIDN'T SAY SHE WANT IT TO HAPPEN. She felt like not wanting to read any book from now, she was so sad to meet another amazing character. Luke was there beside her for five years, the hardest five years of her life too...
Then this was Hunter. She knew that he tried to be understanding to her last night. He had always been trying to be on good terms with her since they met. Although she was grateful to him, she did feel guilty because she couldn't give him back the same gratitude inside. She always seemed cold but she didn't mean too, it was her nature, that what she got labeled as 'ice queen' back high school.
Haru did some stretching while she climbing down to bed. Where is that guy?
You are far from greedy. She remembered how shaky his voice was. Me.
He was too stiffed until she touched him. He was a bit shaky when he said that he was the only who was greedy. He was a ganglord, wasn't he supposed to be greedy? Haru kept questioning herself whether or not she bothered to mention it to him in the time being. She was, in fact, super-not-so-Haru-like emotional last night because of her love, Luke Valas's death. Sighed, she needed to get her shit together and start showering for her swimming club with Sasha.
Rubbing her eye while yawning, Haru walked into the closet. She didn't get any proper sleep last night because how awkward it was to sleep beside him. She felt so weird, to be able to feel someone was breathing, sleeping beside her on a bed aside from Hillary, and she shared a room with her older sister since she was seven.
The closet was in light brownish-cream colour, looked vintage and a little bit exquisite, Haru admitted. She was gawking at how big it was when she first came in. It reminded her on that one asian drama about four rich arrogant boys that her sister was obsessed about in high school. The walk-in closet was long and had enough space for five glass-covered-doors shelves complete with drawers, five parts or hutch panels, a laundry hamper, and a glass table (full of ties, tie pins and watches of Hunter's), that was place in the middle of it and would still have enough space for three people to walk along side. That was only to her right from the bedroom door.
