[A/N] Hello people. Sorry, I haven't uploaded for almost a month. I had finals and club issues to handle. I still have five upcoming events under my feet and I'm slowly dying.
Pray for me to not die before I ended this story [Also, pray for my grade...]
ENJOY!
HUNTER
Both of them were not able to sleep.
The room was in the perfect temperature to be under the sheet with your woman beside you, her bare skin touched yours. And the view of the city, three quarters at night, was your eyes' focus.
While lying, Hunter slowly stroking her soft hair, it became a habit of him and Haru drawing circles on his bare chest, closing her eyes trying to sleep.
They were like this since they both finished their bath. Now he thought of it, her words bothered him despite him being happy about it.
Hunter shifted slightly. Haru slowly tilted her head, smiling softly, accompanied by the nightlights outside from the window.
"I killed someone." He confessed it again. It was odd for her to not even flinched. He was curious. There wasn't an ounce of fear when she said he had killed someone and it was insane to think about it. He was sure even his mom, Pynita took years to accept Vladimir's world, and she was born a gangster's daughter in Russia!
"I know." She said bluntly. "So, can you please say something? I appreciate that you are not afraid of me but," He sighed. "-I killed someone." He repeated, making it as clear as possible for her. And I won't hesitate to kill again. The words didn't slip.
Haru sighed and gradually sat up. She swiftly brushed her hair off her face and then rubbed her eyes. Hunter followed her, putting his hand on the small of her back. "It's not good, touching your face with your hand..." he held her wrist, stopping herself from wiping her face.
She smiled. "Did you know that I saw someone gets killed in front of me?"

HARU
He stared at her astonished, their bedroom lights were only a bedside table lamp beside Hunter and it made his eyes glossy. Hunter kissed her palm.
He didn't say anything but she knew he wanted to know more about it. This has been a guarded secret for years, not a soul knew it, except-
"Wanda," she said. "-when we were senior in high school, I found out that Wanda was sexually abused by her father. We cried like crazy in the playground near my home when she told me. I was stupid because I didn't know, as I was already preoccupied with my own family issues and my parents' divorce. I told Wanda everything about me. We've been friends since we were 12, and she told hers on our senior year. I felt terrible." She paused.
It was like a forgotten memory flashed inside her head. Haru's breathing started to become faster, she was slowly getting scared. Hunter held her hand tighter.
"I wasn't a no help. I suggested to go to the police but she said there was no use since we had no solid evidence. I told her to run away and go to shelters. I even offered her to stay in my room. Even when I lived near the college, I spent a lot just to have a dorm for her to sleep whenever she wanted to.
"I was a sophomore in college at that time, and it was spring break. It was worst for Wanda to have breaks because her dad would be at home so I volunteered to stay with her at her home."
