I decided to get up early today, to take Four up on his offer. It would be a great idea to get as much help as I can when it comes to boxing. He was right I really don't know what I'm doing, even though I would like to.
I pull my mustang in closer to the school this time, because there are less people here this early. I grab my backpack and walk to the front door, only to find it was locked. Great. I take out my phone and send a quick text to Four saying the doors were locked.
I feel my phone buzz almost instantly with Four's reply.
Go to back entrance. Meet u there.
I put my phone in my jacket pocket and begin the walk around the school. "Hey, your going to walk right past it." I hear Four say. I guess the back entrance is not very far from the front entrance.
I stop dead in my tracks and turn around. "It's not like I know where I'm going. This is not even the back of the school."
"I know. This door was just closer to where I was." He gestures for me to follow him inside.
I walk with him down the winding hallways, to where the gym is. "Why are you here this early?" I whisper. It feels weird talking this loud when there is no one here.
"My dad works here." He says bluntly. I guess that is all the detail I am getting out of that. I let out a sigh long sigh. I hope that was quiet enough so he didn't hear it.
We walk the rest of the way in silence until we get to weight room. "Alright I'm going to teach you how to hit, but first we are going to put some fighting gloves on you." He walks over to a cabinet and takes out small pair of fighting gloves. "We don't use the full on boxing gloves here. We mostly do MMA fighting. Honestly, I'm surprised the school allows it. We are supposed to not fight each other, but we still do. The school doesn't know, well most of the school." That surprises me that he works so hard to keep it a secret, but still people know about it.
"How have you not been caught yet?" I ask as he is sliding the fighting gloves on my hands.
"I make sure that nobody tells anyone. Well, that is more Eric who makes sure no one tells. I try to stay uninvolved." He walks over to a punching bag after I have the gloves on. "Alright come here."
I walk over to the punching bag right next to him. "Alright so when, you have to fight, you need to put rout hands up by your face. Like this." He puts his arms up by his face, and then I do the same. "You don't want them that high." I lower my arms, but I probably lowered them too far. "You have to make sure that they are not too high, that you can't protect your core, but not too low that you can't protect your face." He takes my arms and moves them to the right position.
"Okay now I want you to hit the bag, but this time be really light on your feet. You need to move around a lot." He instructs me.
I do exactly that for about a half an hour. "Okay, I need to get changed before school starts." I tell Four. "Thanks for the help." I turn and walk to the other side of the room to get my backpack. I bend down and throw it over my shoulder. When I stand back up and turn around Four is standing right there.
"Four! Don't do that." I shout as he puts one of his hands on the wall right next to my head.
"Tris, you almost walked out of the room with the fighting gloves on." He takes his arm off of the wall and pulls the fighting gloves off my hands. "You have to be careful." He mumbles as he turns around to putt the gloves away.
I walk out of the room, so fast and burst into the bathroom. I change really quick into the skinny jeans, and plaid shirt I threw into my backpack this morning. When I walk out, of the bathroom I notice that there are a ton of people here already. I feel my phone buzz in my back pocket, so I pull it out and see Caleb is calling me. Oh! Great.
I press the answer button on my screen and put it to my ear. "Caleb what do you want."
"Where were you this morning?" He asks. I hear the chatter of people in the background, so I know that he is here. To limit his chances of finding me, I walk right into the Dauntless part of the school. Caleb would not come near here.
"I had a thing Caleb." I say as I get to my locker.
"Are you here?" He asks me. When I open my locker.
"No I am not Caleb. Just mind your own business okay?" I practically yell at the phone.
"Tell me where you are." I can't take him. He is so nosy, and over protective.
"Are like writing a book on the whereabouts of Tris, Caleb? For once can just keep your nose out of my business?" I take the phone from my ear and hang up. I throw my backpack into my locker and take out the note books I need for today. When I turn around Christina is standing there with her mouth open.
"Boyfriend issues?" Christina asks.
"No, anoying brother issues." I mumble.
"Oh wow. Okay. You have a brother?" She asks suprised as we burst into Tori's room.
"Sorry we are late Tori. Tris is having brother issues." Christina says to Tori.
I push Christina a little, but not to hard. "Christina!" I whisper.
"Girls it is okay just take a seat please. Then you can leave after I take role."
Christina and I sit next to Uriah, Zeke, and Four. They just laugh at us. "Shut up." I whisper to them, while I smile. I can feel my cheeks burning.
"Brother issues?" Uriah asks.
"Yeah it's called I have a brother who is entirely to nosy and protective." I whisper while Tori calls out the names.
All my friends just sit there and snicker at me. They wouldn't laugh if they really knew what he was like. I swear he is going to really going to get me in trouble one day.

Alright guys, I'm going on a trip so I won't be able to update for a while. The good news is, I get back on new years eve, and I will update like crazy.
Hope you guys had a merry Christmas, and if Christmas is not your holiday, than a great holiday season. :)
I know this is short, and I keep saying that I'll make it longer. I'm sorry. It is another one of those weird chapters, where I had to cut it off right here.
