This chapter is going to be duel POV. I think that this chapter will go better that way.

Tobias POV
The replay of everything that happened these past few hours runs through my head. The visual of the cops slamming Tris into the ground makes me cringe. I remember the look of pain on her face as her ribs made contact with the ground. I didn't even get to ask if she was okay, because the cops started dragging me out before I could say anything.
Now I sit in a small holding cell with my orange jumpsuit. They took all my clothes to test them for the stupid black liquid. I feel bad for Caleb. The cops are going to want him the most. I'm pretty sure they are going to let me go, but first my father needs to get here. I am going to die. He is going to kill me.
The door buzzes and a little slit in the center of the door opens. "Tobias Eaton, come put your hands through here." A strong voice tells me. I stand up, drag myself over to the door, and shove my hands through the slit in the door.
The cold metal handcuffs are forced onto my wrist. "Step away from the door." I take a step back and the slit in the door closes. Another buzz comes, and then the door slides open. I hope they are going to process me, and not bring me to my father.
I step out of my cell, and another guard greets me. "Your going home kid." He mutters to me. I just stare at him blankly. "Move." He nudges my shoulder.
I turn around and follow the other guard through the hallways. When we reach the door to the front office, a guard grabs my wrists and takes the handcuffs off. "I don't want to be seeing you back here kid."
I turn and walk through the big doors that lead to the front office. My father stands up right away and rushes over to me with a black trash bag in hand. "Put these on idiot." He matters as he shoves the bag into my chest. I walk over to the front desk and ask the lady for my phone. She walks off and comes back with a plastic bag. I take it from her and walk into the bathroom.
I check my messages to see that Tris has not sent me any messages. I wonder if she is ok. I set the phone on the counter and pull out the clothes my father brought. It is just a pair of shorts and a black hoodie.
I change fast and rush out of the bathroom. I give the front desk my orange jumpsuit and walk over to my father. He does not even give me eye contact as he stands up. I feel his firm hand grip the back of my neck.He guides me out of the building and into the parking lot.
I notice an ambulance to the other side of the parking lot. I hope that is not Tris. "Stop staring Tobias." My father mutters.
He guides my to his car. I walk over to the passenger side and hop in. I know that I am about to get beaten really soon. He gets into the car and as soon as his door closes it starts.
"What were you thinking? You are such an idiot. Why do I have a son like you!" He screams at me as we begin our drive home.
I don't even answer him. "Well?" He insists.
"Answer me!" he reaches over and slaps me. I still give him no reply. He doesn't need to know anything about my life. The only one who carried was my mom, and now she is gone.
We ride the rest of the way home in silence. Once we pull into the garage of my house, he finaly says something. "Kitchen now." He tells me. That is where he normally beats me, because the floor is tile and it is easier to clean.
I walk into my house and sit down on the kitchen floor. "Hoddie off." My father yells at me.
I pull my hoddie off and just wait for it to start. I hear him open the drawer that he keeps his belt in. He brings down the belt onto my back. "Don't you ever embarrass me like that again." He brings it down again, but this time much harder. "You no good excuse for a son. I havn't even seen you for two days." He brings down the belt again. I have to choke down a scream coming up my throat.
