Mark's POV

I'll go. He means so much to me and so does his family, the memorial is 3 days long but I need a vacation, a week is enough. I packed up a couple bags and tried to get some sleep so I can be up early enough to catch the flight. I couldn't fall asleep, though I was tired, tired of people, tired of hurting, and tired of life. I just want to sleep forever... forever. I woke up to see Suzie and Tobias standing next to my bed,

"Your bags have been packed, Tobias will be driving you to the airport," Suzie exclaimed placing a hand on his shoulder,

"That is, if you still want to go..." Tobias said grabbing my jacket, handing it to me.

"No... I have made my choice. Suzie?" she looked up at me, "Watch Chica, please. I'll be gone for a week. I'll pay extra."

"No you don't have to pay-"

"Suzie, please. Just let me help." she nodded with a hidden smile, I could tell she needed the money with the new baby and all. It's a shame she can't stay home with him.

Tobias and I got into the car and head to towards the airport. Even with this money I don't travel much, even when I did I would travel coach... this is my first time in First Class. It wasn't long considering there were only a few people on the plane for the loved ones of the people who die-... died, I hate that word. I fell asleep reading a book for a couple hours before I was awoken by the lady next to me and started a conversation,

"Good afternoon." I said with a tired voice.

"Hello," her voice was almost a whisper, "How are you doing?"

"Well... I've been better..."

"Me too." She said looking down at the ring on her finger. She must have lost her spouse...

"Did you lose someone?" she blurted out, catching me by surprise. "Oh, I'm sorry..." she looked down again.

"I did." I grabbed her hand and rubbed my thumb over the ring.

"Oh, no no no," she said trying to smile, "My husband is at home." She pulled her hand away and pulled out a picture, "That was my sister, she was a photographer heading to New York for a job offer."

"I-I'm sorry to hear that," I looked down, a couple moments later I pulled out a picture of Jack, his bright blue eyes shining, fluffy brown hair, and that beautiful little smile. "This is my fiance, Jack. He was... um... on a business trip." I teared up a little.

"Oh, I'm so sorry. It must be hard. I didn't know my weren't that close. Would you like to talk about him, you know 'relive the memories'?" I smile a little at all the stories I could tell her.

"Where did you two meet?"

"I didn't even get your name yet." I giggled.

"Oh, right... My name is Violet. And you are?"

"Mark. Mark Fischbach."

"Oh, the millionaire. I bet that's a lot of pressure."

"I guess..." I shrug, " Well, I met Jack at Vinnie's Restaurant 5 years ago, he was sitting alone, our eyes met and I was instantly in love." I smiled, "I walked over to his table and sat across from im. We never ordered food, just talked we talked so long we got kicked out for taking up space after all it was a fancy restaurant." Violet giggled a little. "His date had stood him up even though that was the night he was going to break up with her. Not long after being thrown out the paparazzi found us. We ran into an ally, climbed through a 2nd story window to some old man's apartment. He grabbed a gun but he was too slow, we were already out the front door as he started shouting at us. We called Tobias-"
