CRUZ JACK MARTINEZ:
MAYOR
64 YEARS OLDElected the year before, Mayor Martinez ran on a solid platform of unity and a new path for Cedar. He promised several things, such as reinvigorating the neighborhoods near the Industrial district, providing more support for the City's Education Board and focusing on renovating the city's attractions like the Bij theatre. He is taking over from Mayor Martin who focused solely on attracting tourism to create more service jobs for the area. There was a lot of backlash on that seeing as to how only Downtown, South and East side neighborhoods benefited, if at all.
JOE MARK JACKSON:
CEDAR CITY CAPTAIN
42 YEARS OLDChief of Police for CCPD, Chief Jackson has always run his department with a steady but firm hand. He is a good man with a just sense of direction and tries to make the best of a situation but takes little to no shit. He wants the city to be a safe place, and thinks this can be accomplished through the proper enforcement of Law. However, that does mean he gets frustrated sometimes and isn't afraid of handing out discipline where needed.
NOCTIS JAMES KENNEDY:
ENTOMOLOGIST
23 YEARS OLDNoctis was always an odd child, doing things most boys wouldn't be interested in, such as preferring to hang around girls and do girly things instead of play sports with the other boys. He always had an uncanny adoration of bugs, studying them and memorizing as much as he could about them. Noctis has a photographic memory, it comes in handy. At the age of eleven, he was adopted by The Chief and has lived with them since. It was also around this age he realized he was more interested in boys romantically than girls. After graduating high school early, he interned at the station, interning under the then entomologist and learning how to ID different fungi and what not found in soil. After finishing said internship, he took over the role and has been there since, being the self proclaimed 'King of Bugs and Slime'. But don't get him wrong, Noctis is short tempered and sarcastic. He gets along with very few, and at times seems a bit on edge. Usually you can find the male in his lab, studying as much as he can about crime scenes to try to help. Or just to get more information in that big brain of his.
