Chapter 21: September 30th?

Natalie, Emma and Noah followed the police officers to the police station, skipping the rest of the school day.
"You three have to wait out here."
They were pushed out and they waited till noah started to talk.
"What do you think they want?"
"Not sure but that detective looked familiar."
The door to the room closed when Natalie saw a tall woman with dark frizzy hair.
After waiting for a few minutes the door opened presenting the detective and Audrey father.
Emmas phone rang. It was from Unknown.
"Don't pick it up."
"I don't have a choice."
Emma pit the phonr to her ear.
"Hello?"
"Hey, it's Audrey."
"Audrey, what's wrong."
"I need a huge favor."
"Yeah anything"
"I need you to go to my house in my top draw and pick out the SD card from September 30th and destroy it."
"Okay."
"And emma, please don't watch it."
Audrey hung up in a hurry and Noah and Emma stood up.
"You go. I'll stay...she knows me and I'm a good distraction."
They ran out of the police station and the detective ran out with Audrey and her father.
"Lorraine Brock."
She looked at Natalie.
"Natalie...that's detective to you...I need to ask you some questions aswell. After I know where your friends went."
"Went for some coffee."
"Natalie...always there to help her friends when really shes covering up for a murderer."
"Audrey is my best friend and she'd never kill anyone even if she wanted to."
"You may be wrong on that...officers, search the Jensen house."
"You don't have a warrant!"
Audreys father yelled.
"Yes I do."
She lifted a sheet of paper and they ran out of the police station.
Natalie turned and saw fear on Audreys face.
"I'll see you later...don't worry."
Natalie grabbed her stuff and ran to Noah's heaven.

"What should we do with it?"
"Destroy it obviously."
"I know but don't you wanna know what's on it?"
"She's wants it destroyed."
"But what happens if we destroy it and it was actually showing Audrey being the killer."
"For killing 4 people including her girlfriend...that's Japanese game show crazy."
"And the thing i cant shake is...the guy who's been calling me should me rubbing this in my face...but since Audreys in custody. Nothing has happened."
"Fine...let's watch it. If it makes her that guilty."
Natalie took the card and pushed it into Noah's PC. Emmas phone rang and she picked it up.
"Yeah...hey mom."
She listened to her mother and hung up.
"Detective brock wants to see me."
"Go. We'll watch later. I need to go see Jake."
"Arn't you too over."
"I don't want it to be...I want him back."

Natalie walked into the gym, since Jake had practice. The gym was silent except for two guys walking towards me to leave.
"Hey. Do you know where Jake fitzgerald is."
"In the weight room. He just got done."
"Thanks."
The two boys chuckled when leaving.
She ran into the weight room, the room hit her with BO and she stopped when one figure was talking to another on a machine.
It was Jake pushing his pinkie onto the weight Will was holding.
"Do this again and I'll brake you."
Jake lifted off and walked out.
Will lifted up with the weight and breathed heavy.
I ran out and followed Jake.
"JAKE!"
He stopped in the middle of the gym.
"What the hell was that."
"You saw that."
"You nearly hurt him!"
"Whatever."
"Don't you ever want to make up. Keep being a dick will not get me back."
"I don't..."
He whispered and Natalie couldn't hear the rest.
"I bet you haven't had sex since that blonde chick have you! Cause you like me!"
He turned around and faced her.
"I didn't actually! She wanted it it but I didn't. She had a shower and left 2 minutes after you did. I haven't had sex since I saw you on the first day of school!"
"You haven't..."
"No...I haven't because-"
He sighed.
"I just want us to...be friends."
"We can be...just stop being a dick."
"I'll try."
They smirked at eachother.
"Do you wanna hang out maybe tomorrow night?"
"Sure."
"Cool."
Natalie turned and left, going back to Noah's heaven. Jake watched her leave and he smirked alittle.
