Chapter Thirty: Totomaru

"Hahahaha! This is sooooooooo sweet!" Levy giggles, as she pokes the music box lightly as she finishes reading the fresh new poem. "Shut up, Levy! Don't encourage Juvia!" Gajeel growls as he pats my head. "Never grow up, Juvia!" He murmurs as I giggle. "No promises, big brother."  I say, as Gajeel sighs. "Great, I also heard you and Bora reunited, and that Flame Brain and Ice Prince got super jealous." Gajeel adds as I nod. "He tried to kidnap Juv-" Gajeel gasps as he yells. "What! You mean to tell me Bora wanted to make you one of his sex slaves!"

I turn red, as I squeak. "N-No..." I smile as I hug Gajeel, Levy hugging him too as then, we hear banging from the guild doors. "Ehhh?!" I get up as Makarov gets up. "Brats! Stay back!" He says, as he then walks over to the door with precaution. Slowly he swings the door open, as the guild is in silence. All that is heard are the gasping breaths of someone. "I-Is this Fairy Tail?" The voice asks, as my eyes widen. "T-That voice sounds familiar!" I bite my lip as Gajeel gasps too.

"No way!" Both Gajeel and I get up, as we then dash over to the front, Natsu and Gray, who are sitting with Lucy and Erza, watch me in confusion. "Why yes, this is Fairy Tail..." Makarov responds as the voice coughs. "P-Please...I need to speak with Juvia..." He says weakly, as Gajeel and I look over. My eyes widen as I see the unbelievable. His voice is very familiar! "T-Toto-Totomaru?!" I speak, almost in a whisper as Makarov turns to face Gajeel and I. "You two know this fellow?" He asks us as Gajeel and I nod.

Totomaru gives me a weak smile. "Yeah, he was with us in the old guild." Gajeel explains as Totomaru closes his eyes, as his body flings forward, about to collapse. "Totomaru!" I yell, bolting over as I catch him withing my grasp. Gray and Natsu get up from their table as they look at me. "Who the hell is this guy!" They both scream as Makarov hits the two. "You little brats better clean the ear wax out of your ears! Gajeel just explained that this gentleman is their friend!" He says, as I pet Totomaru's back as Gajeel kneels down beside me.

"Damn, he's in pretty bad shape." Gajeel pats Totomaru as I hold him. "Totomaru, what happened? Why are you hurt..." I almost want to cry as Gajeel pats my head. "Don't cry, he's here with us!"  He says as Totomaru opens his eyes slowly and weakly. "J-Juvia, my love." He says as Gray and Natsu gasp. "MY LOVE?!?! WHAT THE HELL DOES HE MEAN!!!" And with that, Makarov hits them again. "Boys! Settle down! Gajeel and Juvia are reuniting with their old guild mate, so SHUT UP!" He says as Gray and Natsu sigh loudly.

"Totomaru, what happened! Juvia thought you'd be safe in a different guild..." I say as Gajeel nods. "What happened man?" Gajeel asks as I hold, Totomaru close, and Totomaru takes a strand of my blue hair and twirls it. "This new look of yours, Juvia..." He smiles, as I blush. "I love it...anyways..." He tries to force himself up. "No, Totomaru, don't!" I squeak as Mirajane and Master bring over a spare bed for him to rest on. "B-Bora..." He speaks, as my eyes widen. "Juvia just saw Bora!"I squeak, as Totomaru smiles. "Well, he's not the only one back..." He says.

Our eyes widen as Gajeel growls. "Who else is back! It better not be the whole damn Phantom Lord guild!" He growls as Totomaru nods. "Yes...they're coming...for Juvia..." He says softly as everyone gasps. "Juvia? Juvia?" Everyone exchanges glances as they murmur as Makarov silences them. "For Juvia? Why?" I ask. "P-Phantom Lord...they're...coming back...they're stronger than ever...I thought...I could defeat them when I forcefully fought my way out of them trying to re-recruit me....but...damn it...they're strong...Juvia...I came here to warn you."

"Now...I have to go..." Totomaru forces himself to sit up as he grunts in pain. "No! You're not leaving Juvia's side!" I growl, as Makarov smiles kindly at Totomaru. "Any friend of Juvia and Gajeel's is a child of my guild!" Makarov smiles, as Mirajane brings a platter of a banquet and smiles. "Eat up! You need to be healthy! Then Juvia shall put your guild mark on, since you're obviously crushing on her." Mirajane winks as my eyes widen and my pupils shrink, my face turns red as Gajeel's jaw drops. Totomaru takes a bite of his hunk of ham.

"Really? Me, join Fairy Tail! Absurd...I-I can't..." Makarov then pats  Totomaru. "You belong in Fairy Tail! Now eat up, then your guild mark shall be stamped by Juvia, and then finally, you can catch up with Gajeel and Juvia more!" Makarov says as he lightens up the moment, and Totomaru smiles lightly. Gajeel and I don't leave his side.

"What color, Totomaru?" I ask, scanning through all the multiple colors. "Can the inside be...b-blue...and the outside be purple? Like that Levy girl with her white interior and orange exterior?" Totomaru asks as Gajeel crosses his arms. "Hey bud, just so you know, Levy is taken." He says as I turn to Gajeel. "Really? By whooooo~!" Gajeel reddens as he turns away, and I nod, grabbing the blue one, and an exterior purple one. "Why blue? Isn't purple your favorite color?" I ask as he smiles. "Blue is slowly becoming my favorite color, because of...something." He says as I smile. "Oki, and where would you like your guild mark?" I ask. He smiles, placing out his left hand. "I want it stamped onto my hand." Totomaru declares as I smile, stamping it on. "Welcome to Fairy Tail, new member, Totomaru!"
