Chapter Thirty One: Totomaru's Homecoming

The sun was bright, as Totomaru slept beside me. He was doing so much better, physically. He was very healthy, and for that, I was very happy. "Totomaru...?" I speak, as he yawns, stretching his arms. "Good morning Rain Princess." He murmurs as Gajeel growls, sleeping on the floor with Levy. He's been spending the night here too, he insisted, because he thought that if Totomaru spent the night here with me, he'd take it as an advantage. "Gajeel...please, go back to sleep..." Levy murmurs, who was there to keep Gajeel calm, and not rip Totomaru's head off.

"Hell no. If I go back to sleep, Totomaru will start banging Juvia." Gajeel says as I squeak and turn bright red, Levy's reaction being that too. Totomaru smirks as he runs his hand up his down hair, his red scrunchie at my drawer. "That could be a great idea." Totomaru says, pulling me close.  Gajeel bursts in fury. "WHAT!" I giggle, feeling Totomaru's bare chest against me. Levy groans, pulling Gajeel down back onto their sleeping bag. "Come on Gajeel, let's get more sleep..." Levy murmurs as Gajeel rolls his eyes, but cuddles with her and sleeps.

"Juvia..." Totomaru whispers, as he grabs a strand of hair. "Yes, Totomaru?" I whisper back, as he sighs. "To be honest with you, I'm scared." He says, as he looks at his guild mark on his hand. I look at it too. "Why?" I whisper, drawing my body closer to Totomaru, in order to let Gajeel and Levy sleep at peace. "Because...now Phantom Lord is coming after you...and I...can't bare to lose you to them...Jose...he's coming too." My eyes widen. I...I thought Jose was dead! "Jose...is alive?" I ask, as Totomaru nods. "Yes."

"Juvia...can't...believe it...Phantom Lord is a deceased guild..." I say, as Totomaru shakes his head. "No, it's not." He whispers, "Phantom Lord is very well alive. And they're coming Juvia. Phantom Lord is going to steal back what is theirs."  He tells me, as I hold onto his shoulders, and he pulls me into a hug. "Well...Juvia is happy that you're at her side..." I murmur. "It's like...I have all my good friends here." I whisper, as Totomaru smiles, "We were going to see each other one way or another, so, I wouldn't stop being your friend."

I smile as I run my hand across his guild mark. "Are you happy to be in a new guild?" I ask. He nods. "But Juvia, no matter how much you run, it won't be so simple..." Totomaru says as I frown. "Juvia thought...that when Phantom Lord was destroyed, so would all the evil." I whisper. Totomaru closes his eyes. "Another thing...Juvia...Bora and Jose are much more stronger than before." Totomaru says as Gajeel speaks up, surprising both of us. "Tsk! Really? Bora and Jose stronger than before? Bunch of weaklings if ya ask me."

"G-Gajeel..." I look at him as he smirks. "Totomaru, so you seriously think, after all the three of us went through, that we will simply lose to those two bastards?" Gajeel smirks as Levy looks at him in awe. "We have now, what we didn't have before in Phantom Lord, new bonds, that didn't have to be evil to gain. Our new bond now, shall create a new team! The Phantom Four! Our main goal? To destroy Phantom Lord once and for all!" Gajeel smirks, turning over to Levy as he picks her up. "Our team will consist of:

Levy McGarden, the shrimp!

Totomaru, the fire fighter!

Juvia Lockser the Rain Woman,

And yours truly! Gajeel Redfox, menace of Metal!"

I smile as Totomaru smirks. "Yes, that sounds like a good idea!" Totomaru says as I smile. "Juvia is in!" Gajeel then turns to Levy. "Whattya say, Shrimp?" Gajeel smiles as Levy smiles, putting her fists up. "Anything that tries to harm my best friend and future husband!" She says as my jaw drops, and Gajeel turns super red. "Y-Your future husband?" I ask, as Levy slowly turns red, barely realizing what she has said. "F-Forget I said that! Now why don't we get some breakfast?!"

Levy immediately changes the subject as I smile. "Alright!" I get up, as Totomaru smiles softly. "Gajeel seems to have gained a new personality." Totomaru notes, seeing Gajeel follow after Levy. I smile, soon getting up as we hurry on out to the kitchen. "We should go eat at some breakfast place, my treat!" Gajeel smiles wide as I smile, turning to Totomaru. "Yes, you're right. He's changed into a new personality that is so much better." I say, as Totomaru and I head off outside my apartment in Fairy Hills, to eat breakfast.
