Chapter Thirty Eight: Phantom Four's First Mission

Gray left with Team Nats--that team, for a mission, so I'm at the guild, scanning for my team members. "Juvia, my daughter of Fairy Tail!" A voice says as I turn around and see Master. "Master!" I smile kneeling down, as he turns serious. "I heard about what that brat said..." Makarov sighs as I look to the other side. "He can be a dumb child sometimes, but I assure you, that brat will apologize, I already gave him a lecture, and maybe a spanking." Makarov adds as I almost giggle. "So, are Natsu and Gray your boyfriend, child?"

"What! No!" I shake my hands up and down as Master chuckles, before turning serious. "So...has..." He then whispers. "Your dragon...spoken to you?" He asks as I sigh, touching my necklace with two fingers. "No, is Lucy having any luck?" I ask as Makarov nods. "She's been getting visions here and there, and some advice, but that's the most of it." Makarov says as I stand up. "So, any word about Phantom Lord?" I ask as Makarov sighs. "The Magic Council is trying to figure out their intentions, but one thing is for sure, they are worse than before."

"Juvia knows..." I say, as I then look up at the ceiling. "Juvia...doing this team with Gajeel, Levy and Totomaru is great and all, but please. Be careful." Makarov says as I nod. "Juvia will." I say as Makarov tugs at the end of my dress. "And don't let that delinquent Bora get near you! Understand?" I giggle and nod. "That Juvia will promise." I say as Makarov nods, going over to the others. "Juvia!" Levy tackle hugs me as I gasp, holding her in order to break her fall, and make mine less painful. "Levy!" I smile brightly.

"Are you ready for our mission?!" She smiles as I sit up and nod. "Heehee..." I begin to giggle as Levy tilts her head in confusion. "What's wrong?!" She places hands on her hips as she arches an eyebrow. "You're only super happy because you're in a team with Gajeel~~!" I tease as she turns pizza sauce red. "N-No..." She looks to the side as I giggle. "And you're happy because you get to go to Juvia's house and sleep with Gajeel and share a sleeping bag!" I giggle as Levy turns red. "By the way, how are Jet and Droy?"

"Well they promised Shadow Gear will still be maintained as a team, but they promise not to fight, and to leave me alone." Levy smiles as I nod. "But, how do you feel? Being dragged in this mess?" I ask as Levy turns serious, raising her fists.

"If Phantom Lord wants to take back you, Gajeel, or Totomaru, they won't be able to, as long as I'm here! I will fight for you, Gajeel and Totomaru, until I'm at my last breath! I feel like it's my duty too, to end Phantom Lord!" Levy smiles, as I gasp.

"Wow, Shrimp, I knew you could read, but I didn't know you could deliver a speech!"

Levy gasps, jumping off of her sitting position on me as she looks at Gajeel. "But it's true, Gajeel! I will!" Levy smirks as Gajeel walks over. "Oh yeah?" He then picks her up. "What happens if Totomaru and Juvia are knocked out, and Bora or someone else tries to kill ya? What will you do then?" Gajeel asks as Levy opens her mouth. "I will fight for the wounded members and--" Gajeel covers her mouth. "Wrong answer, I will be the one to step in and beat the crap out of our opponents...and save you."

"I ship it."

I turn around and see Totomaru smirking, eyeing Gajeel and Levy as the two turn red and quickly look away. "Don't deny your love!" Totomaru says, as I scurry up to the mission board. "Let's take a C-Rank mission!" I say as Gajeel growls. "A damn C-Rank? Pffft, we can do an S+!" Gajeel growls as I turn and face him. "We need to do low missions in order to see how are team is, and progressively we'll do more missions."

I walk over to Mira as she approves of the mission. "What's the mission?" Totomaru asks. "It's an easy bandit mission!" I say as Gajeel groans. "Booooooring!" Levy turns to Gajeel. "Juvia has a point, we have to start out small to perfect our team." Levy says as I smile, grabbing four purple bandanas from my blue and black backpack. I hand them all to everyone else. "What the hell is this for?" Gajeel holds it up with a thumb and a forefinger. "They're purple bandanas." I say. "No duh, Rain Woman! But why!" Gajeel says as I giggle.

"They have the Phantom Lord guild mark on there with a red X over it, and our names!" Levy giggles as she turns it into a headband and wears it. "I like it!" She says as Totomaru plays around with it before making a prominent ponytail triangle cover so that his name and the anti Phantom Lord appears. I smile, taking off my hat as I put it on like a Pirate's assistant, covering my head, before tying it from behind as a perfect knot. We all turn to Gajeel. "OH FINE!" He growls, putting it on as a forehead band.

It covers his forehead as parts of his bangs. "There, now can we go to our wimpy mission?" Gajeel growls as I gasp. "Wait! Let's hold hands and scream our team name!" I say as Levy squeals in agreement. "Nope, nope, nope, nope!" Gajeel crosses his arm as his jaw drops, seeing that Totomaru is holding hands with us. "Oh hell no! Not you too, man!" Gajeel growls as he finally links hands and we all smirk.

"WE ARE TEAM PHANTOM FOUR!!! OUR MAIN MISSION IS TO DEFEAT PHANTOM LORD ONCE AND FOR ALL!"

"LEVY!"

"GAJEEL!"

"TOTOMARU!"

"AND JUVIA!"

"PHANTOM FOUR!"
