Chapter Thirty Two: Phantom Four

The clinking of my utensils tapping against my white plate is heard, as I eat my breakfast. Levy sits beside Gajeel as she is enjoying her breakfast too. Gajeel gobbles his food with a scrap of metal in his pocket to enjoy too. "I don't think I've said this properly..." Gajeel speaks up, as he sighs, slowly facing Levy. Totomaru and I watch. "Isn't that small chick that Gajeel's sitting with, wasn't he suppose to..." He doesn't finish his sentence, but I know what he means. "Yes...but Juvia thinks big brother has a crush on Levy..." I add, and giggle.

"I'm sorry." Gajeel says softly. "Sorry?" Levy says, a bit puzzled. "Yeah...back then..." Gajeel lowers his head. "When I was in Phantom Lord, my one mission was to kill...you..." Gajeel forces the last two out. Levy's face is of shock, but she quickly smiles. "Don't worry about it, Gajeel! The new you likes me an awful lot, doesn't he?" Levy says as Gajeel nods, but I feel like he is still burdened heavily by the very fact that he had to kill Levy. Levy places her hand ontop of Gajeel's as their eyes meet, and I fangirl.

Well, internally. I didn't want to ruin the moment. "Do you have a boyfriend?" Totomaru asks, as I turn to face him. "Eh?" A boyfriend! No! I didn't! "...Let me rephrase it...a love interest?" He asks. Gray-Sama and Natsu-Sama. I nod. "Was it those two guys with the loud mouths?" Totomaru asks, as I nod again. "Juvia likes Gray-Sama a lot, and Natsu-Sama, it's a teensy weeny crush." I say, as Totomaru smiles. "So you're really over Bora." He says, slouching as I nod. "He's a huge jerk, not to mention a playboy." I declare.

After eating, we go to the guild to tell the Master about the new team we formed, and our goals. He approved, but he told us to be careful.

Gajeel Redfox.

Levy McGarden.

Totomaru.

And me, Juvia Lockser.
