"Tell me what really happened?" I said.
"What do you mean?" My mom asked.
"Dad didn't just get in a car crash and you know it, he was in a gang and that's why he ended up dead, and you were never gonna tell me!" I yelled, a tear slipped from my eye.
"It's time I told you. Yes your dad was in a gang, he was the leader. I knew that when I married him, and that means I would take over the gang if I wanted to, but I said no. And he excepted that, but when he died the people in his gang wanted me to take over, and when I refused they threatened me, so we moved here in hopes that they won't find us. Because really the one they want, is you." She finished, I couldn't believe it.
"I need to blown off some steam." I said running up the stairs and changing into a sports bra and a pair of leggings. I ran down the stairs but my mom stopped me before I was able to leave.
"You're the next generation sweetie, just say no. Don't bring this life upon yourself if you don't have to." She said.
I didn't know what to say so I just left. I walked straight out of the house without another word. I ran down the block with a small gym bag at my side to a local boxing place. I wasn't looking to be in a match, I just needed to blown off steam, I walked into the gym and there was alot of noise inside. I looked over and there was a fight going on inside a ring. Illegal fighting in the gym I was at, great.
I set my bag down and put wraps around my hands, I hit the bag and with every punch I hit harder. When I was younger my dad decided that I sold get a personal trainer for me so that I could protect myself, now I understand what he ment. a tear slipped down my face as I continued the assult on the bag.
"Ever thought about ring fights, you'd probably be a beast in the ring." An older man spoke.
"No, I don't fight for money." I spat.
"Okay, but if your looking for a job you could be a personal trainer here at the gym, some of the fighters here aren't the best, there stances are bad or there plain weak. You could definitly help considering you have good posture and clearly you have a strong puch because the seam on the bag has started to rip." He said pointing to the sew line that was slightly busted.
"Sorry, but yea I would love a job here, that my would be great." I said and gave him a small smile.
"Okay, how about you start tomorrow after school." I nodded and he walked away.
I continued the assult on the punching bag. I had been at the gym for about thirty minutes when I decided to leave. I unwrapped my hands and packed up my things in my bag.
"Hey, I'll see you tomorrow, I never caught your name, mines Louie." the man said.
"Mines Clair." I said. He nodded.
I walked out of the gym and began my trek home which was about twenty minutes when my mouth was covered and I was dragged down a dark ally way. tape was placed over my mouth and the person who dragged me down here was holding my hands above my head in a strong grip.
I began to cry and murmur to him to let me go. "pwease, yet me go. I won't tew any one." I said through the muffling tape.
"Shut your fucking mouth." He spat. "Now I'm here on special orders, but that doesn't mean I have to follow them exactly." He said and another tear fell down my face.
He then stuck his face in my neck gently hovering over the skin. "Now, your mother never told you this but you have an older brother, and he would like to meet you." He man said lightly kissing my neck then slowly dragging them up my neck to kiss my jaw. "Do you except his wishes of meeting you?" He asked. I let out a sob and shook my head no. I didn't want to meet him.
