Four days later
*Spencer's POV*

Today is the day I get to come home from the hospital. The nurses are signing papers to finalize my discharge. Toby went to sign me out as well. The girls are all waiting by my bedside. They insisted on coming, even though I told then they didn't have to. That's the kind of friends I have, the ones that would do literally anything for you.

I glance at Aria. She is rubbing slow circles on her stomach. I wince and look away, glancing at Hanna. Hanna has one arm resting on the armrest of her chair, and her other arm is resting on her baby bump. I have to look away. I can't take it. I glance towards Emily. To my relief she is still early on in her pregnancy, so her stomach is only slightly bloated. She smiles at me once she realizes I'm staring at her.

"You're going to be okay, Spence." she says, taking my hand in hers. I smile back.

"yeah," I say. "I know I will be eventually, I just don't know when." Just then Toby walks in, followed by two nurses and the doctor. The doctor is holding a clipboard with all of my release papers. The nurse wheels a portable sphygmomanometer into the room. The doctor hands the release papers to Toby.

"Sign here, here, and here. Fill this out, and check the boxes that apply." the doctor instructs.

"Okay Ms. Hastings, are you ready for your final exam?" the doctor asks washing his hands. I nod. The doctor adjusts my hospital bed, according to what needed to be done for the procedure. Then he uses the sphygomomanometer to take my blood pressure. He stays silent, and scribbles notes on his clipboard. The girls stand silent just observing.

"I'm going to have you lean back." the doctor says. I take a deep breath and lean my head back on the hard pillow. The doctor takes a seat on a stool. Then he lifts my hospital gown up. The girls look away, and pretend to be fascinated by something outside, or on their hand. The doctor examines me, making sure it is safe for me to go home. Then he puts my gown back down over my legs, and stands up.

"Well, everything seems to be looking fine." the doctor says. "I would say you are safe to go home." The girls turn their attention back over to me, and smile.

"If you experience any more pain in your lower back, bladder, kidney, or uterus area, please go to a medical clinic. If you experience nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, or hallucinating due to the medication, please also get that checked out at a medical clinic. If you experience any more bleeding, come back to the Rosewood General immediately. Otherwise you should be good to go! I will see you in two weeks for your follow up appointment." The doctor says. He grabs the clipboard away from Toby, and exits the room. One nurse places some of my clothes on the edge of the bed. Toby comes over to me, and hugs me tight.

"I love you Spence." he says. I smile.

"I love you too." I say.

"Awe!" Hanna coos, "you guys are adorable!" Toby and I try to laugh. Aria and Emily help us out.

"I'm going to get changed, and I'll meet you right outside." I say standing up. Toby and the girls nod, and head outside. I dart into the bathroom.

Once I'm inside, I lock the door behind me. Then I slip out of that horrid hospital gown that I have been forced to wear for the past five days, and breathe a sigh of relief. I quickly change into my clothes and get out as quickly as possible. I don't want to stay even a minute longer then I have to in this hospital. I meet the girls and Toby outside.

After signing out about a million more times, we head to Emily's car. Emily offered to drive since neither Toby nor I have a car here. Emily and Hanna hop in the front, and Aria, Toby, and I all slide into the back. The girls and I had planned another baby shopping trip before all this happened. We scheduled it for today. I decided not to go. There's no need to anyway. I'm done baby shopping, for good.
