Three Months Later
*Aria's POV*"Come on babies, you can do it!" I coax while sitting cross legged on the floor. The babies are now ten and a half months old, and are already learning to walk! It's so crazy to think that we've had them for almost an entire year! Time sure does fly when you have kids, but I wouldn't trade those memories for anything.
"You can do it Luce!" Ezra encourages. Lucy gives us a toothy grin and wobbles slightly before collapsing on the floor.
"Oh so close!" Ezra and I say, almost in unison.
"Are you gonna try, buddy?" Ezra asks, turning to Ian who is standing still with his fist in his mouth.
"I think he's more interested in how his fist tastes than how to walk." I say laughing. Ezra does too.
"Oh well, you guys are young. There's still time to learn." he says. The babies giggle.
"Oh, you think that's funny, do you?" Ezra mocks, using his cutest baby voice. Lucy and Ian laugh.
"You think it's funny that you're going to be eighteen years old and still not know how to walk, huh?" The babies shriek with laughter. I quickly pull out my phone to take a video. It's very rare that I can get their laugh on camera.
"Yes you do. Yes you do." Ezra shakes his head vigorously, causing the babies to laugh even more. It melts my heart whenever Ezra talks to the babies. Although he's been doing it for over ten months, it still never ceases to amaze me, and I doubt there will ever be a time it will.
"Well if you three are so content, I think I'll hop in the shower quick." I say, standing up.
"I haven't taken a shower for a while either. Do you mind if I join you?" Ezra asks. I chuckle.
"Ezra, if we're both in the shower, who's gonna watch the kids?"
"Oh right..." Ezra sounds disappointed.
"We can take a shower another time." I reassure him.
"Ok." He sighs. I shake my head and disappear upstairs to take my shower.

I step out of the shower and wrap my towel around my hair. When I look at my body in the mirror, I try not to focus on the huge stretch marks across my stomach and butt.
"They're just marks." I tell myself. "They don't mean anything." Yet I still find myself feeling insecure about them. Ezra thinks they're the most beautiful things he's ever seen, but of course he would say that. He's Ezra! It doesn't mean he actually means it. He's just saying it to make me feel better.
I try to ignore it and continue to get dressed. I just finish putting on my underwear when I hear crying outside the door. I open it up to find Ezra, carrying two screaming twins with a stressed look on his face. I can't help but giggle.
"I think they're hungry." He yells above the noise. "I've tried everything else."
I reach for the babies who reach back in response. They both open and close their mouths repeatedly.
"Yes, they are definently hungry." I agree. "I'll feed them and you can take your shower." I flop down on the bed and prepare to feed them. Although Lucy and Ian are old enough to eat solids, I still breastfeed them about twice a day since it seems to calm them down and relax them. Usually I feed them before their nap and before bed.
I listen to the shower water turn on and watch the babies suck and swallow milk until their eyes grow heavy. I stare at them in awe. It's unbelievable to think that they will be one in two months! I watch until their swallowing fades to soft snores, and milk trickles out the corner of their mouth.
