A couple people stared as they walked by, giving me sorry looks. It kinda made me mad, they shouldn't feel sorry for me. Calum was still hugging me and rubbing my back.
"I'm sorry baby....I didn't realize how upset I was making you..." he said. I pulled back and looked at him.
"Ugh, no Calum don't feel sorry, I'm acting like a big baby, I'm just overreacting." I said, wiping my eyes.
"No you're not. It's completely normal to cry and break down, everyone has a breaking point." he replied.
"I'm just sorry, do you still want something to eat? I'll eat with you, if that helps..."
"Really? You don't have to babe." .
"Yea, I want to make you happy." i said, and he smiled.
"Do you like funnel cake?" he asked.
"I've heard of it, but never had it." i replied. He looked at me like I was some bearded lady or something.
"You have never had funnel cake?" he asked with wide eyes.
"Uh, no.. why is it such a big deal?"
"Because it is like sex in your mouth." he said. I laughed,
"Explains why I've never had it, how would you know what that is like Mr.Hood?" I laughed, "I can try it, I guess." We walked over to the funnel cake stand and ordered one. They were 5$. That's kinda stupid. When the guy handed us the cake, it looked really weird. It had this powdery sugar stuff covered on it.
"Okay, you can have the first bite." Calum told me. I hesitantly reached out and grabbed a peice, and put it in my mouth. I could have died right there from shock, it tasted so freaking good.
"Oh my god, it's delicious." I say.
"I know right" Calum said, and we started digging in. When we were finished, we walked to the nearest trash can to throw the plate away. We spotted Makala and Luke making out to our right, so we did what any terrible friends would do. We scared the shit out of them, making them choke on eachothers spit. I started gagging.
"You fucking wanker" Makala said. I laughed,
"What is a wanker?" I asked.
"You're too young to know." she said.
"Bitch, we're the same age, you're only a couple months older than me so why you be acting like you're 5 years older than me? GURL BYE." I replied snapping my fingers, trying to act ghetto. She just started laughing. Calum and Luke were too.
"I'm not kidding, I will go sharkeisha on you." and I started laughing too. Then i realized was starting to get late.
"Well, I think it's time to head home now." Luke said. Makala and Luke left after Calum and I said our goodbyes.
"Bye, Cal. Thanks for today, I had alot of fun." I said, hugging him and walking off.
"Wait!" he yelled. I turned around.
"Where do you think you're going?"
"Um, home? It's just like a 5 minute walk. I'll be fine Cal, I promise."
"I'll walk with you. Is it alright if I um... stay over again?" he asked. I smiled.
"Of course, now hurry I'm getting tired." he cought up to me and we started walking to my house. We were walking side by side, when our hands brushed. My face went red, and he smiled and grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers. I smiled, I really do like him.
