We were walking out of the hospital towards his car when I thought of something I wanted to say to him.
"Hey Calum?"
"Yea babe?"
"I just wanna say thanks... thanks for being there for me... honestly, I wouldn't be here without you."
"You're welcome babe, I'll always be here for you." I got butterflies in my stomach. No. Stop. Bad stomach. I can't fall for him... he's some famous singer and I'm just some worthless freak, plus he's leaving Perth in a couple of days. I sighed.
"Is everything alright Mel?"
"Mel?"
"Yea, is it alright if I call you that because sometimes I'm too lazy to say Melody." he laughed, and for the first time in forever, I laughed, too.
