THE MISSING PART ONE
*
Tia's POV
After last nights events, I was kind of hoping for a lie in. Of course this is my life we're talking about, so you'll understand when I say, my blissful slumber was rudely interrupted. I could hear shouting in the other room, I hazily opened one eye to glance at the time on the alarm clock. It read 1pm.
Ok maybe I did get a lie in. I kicked my feet out of bed, and grabbed one of Hunter's hoodies, before going to see what all the commotion was about.
"What's going on?" I asked as I entered the sitting room. Jarred and Lydia were sat at the kitchen table with their heads in their hands, they looked just as tired as I was, I was glad I wasn't the only one still in pyjamas. The shouting was coming from Hunter though, who was pacing the room with his phone to his ear.
"No. You fucking listen to me now. You don't just lose someone in broad daylight! Least of all my fucking sister!" Hunter screamed through the phone. "You have one hour to find her. Or I mean it Kyle I'll have your head." He threw his phone down on the chair and groaned angrily.
Hold on a minute Abi was lost? We dropped her off at home literally only 10 hours ago.
"Hunter what the hell is going on man?" Jarred asked, making Hunter slam his fists down on the table, I nearly had a heart attack.
"My sister is nowhere to be found!" He said through clenched teeth. "Sam's on the warpath. Which he should be. Kyle the absolute idiot was supposed to be watching her. But now she's gone."
"I don't follow." Jarred replied, with the same confusion I had. Hunter sighed.
"Abigail went to a spa morning that was at 9:30am, Kyle escorted her there and waited outside with the car. She was only supposed to be an hour, so when she didn't show he went in and spoke to a receptionist, who said she had signed out ten minutes before, but he swears his eyes never left that building he would of saw her. That's all I know." He finished.
"Bro chill." Jarred tried to calm him down. "Who knows maybe she just stepped out the back and went shopping."
"No. Sam was cooking her lunch she knew she needed to go home." Hunter admitted, oh shit this was bad.
"You think she's been kidnapped?" Jarred asked. Voicing all of our thoughts. Who kidnaps someone from a spa in broad daylight though? It just doesn't fit.
"I honestly do not know." Hunter admitted. "Sam said there's no way anyone knew that she was going to the spa, apart from him, her and obviously Kyle. He only told her this morning."
"So you think Kyle's a traitor?" I had to ask. From the short amounts of time I'd been around Kyle, I never once got the impression he was snaking for another team. But then again I did consider dating Lucas Mitchell, so what the hell do I know?
"No chance." Jarred and Hunter spoke at the same time, then Hunter continued. "Hasn't got it in him. Kyle can be trusted. I have too much on him, there's no way he'd betray us. Plus the bond he has with my sister. Sam's on his way here, maybe he knows a little more, he's only coming from Bell road." Kyle and Abi had a bond? I'd be sure to dive further into that topic a little later. But for now all my head could think about was the street name Hunter had just mentioned.
Bell road? Why did that street ring a bell. "Why do I feel like I know that street?" Lydia asked looking at me.
"Didn't you and Tia go for afternoon tea there last year?" Don't judge us. We wanted to be sophisticated for the day. My eyes widened in realisation. "You invited a friend of Tia's and she was the one who got you half price tickets, but you hated her and ranted about her for hours. See babe I do pay attention."
