Aphmau had dreamed of him for months.

But nothing came close to what she felt now.

She carried a box with holes popped in on the top and knocked on the door. She knew she shouldn't do this, it was dangerous, what if Aaron found out?

The man she wanted to see opened the rusty door with a smile. And her heart jumped into her throat.

"There you are, I was worried I was going to have to get another person to do it!" The man had a chipper attitude. And motioned her inside.

The room was immaculate, the only thing that was out of place was a lamp, that was on the floor.

"So our deal is, you help little Carly deliver her pups and I give you one of 'em, right?" He asked, taking the box from her and setting it down next to a tan, and very pregnant. Chow-Pit mix.

"That's the plan!" She nodded, keeping in mind when Aaron said he would be back.

"This is her first litter, so I hope you know what your doing." The man, with ash colored hair and blue ocean eyes, gave her a towel, a brush, and a syringe.

He then took his stuff, and bolted out, to return in a few hours.

The dog was social to her, and wagged its tail. Its expanded belly shaking. Aphmau wrapped her loosely in the towels.

She walked out of the room to give her privacy, and watched from afar, she would rather be at home, but Aaron was out and it was the perfect time to get him his birthday gift.

She blushed thinking about what happened between them. And the thought that maybe, they could do it again....

She blushed even redder and shook it out of her mind. She didn't want to get caught up in her fantasies that were very quickly becoming true.

The dog started whimpering, and howling, then kicked and struggled. It pulled the towel over itself, hiding from view. Barking in pain and shaking horribly.

Aphmau felt her stomach turn watching. Then she wondered if he looked like that when she was giving birth to Aurora. And if she did, she suddenly had second thoughts about having another baby.

It's a little late for that. She thought to herself, but then realized that it wasn't. As she knew for a fact that she was not carrying a baby.

Why?

Well, the day after, Aunt Flo decided she would pay her a visit.

So yeah, not pregnant.

She sat there for about an hour, just waiting, the dog knew what to do. It was in her instincts. Even if Aphmau had to turn away at some points.

After a few minutes of silence, she went to go check on them.

When she went up to them, she had to hold in an awe. She could only see three.but they were so tiny.

Then she saw the forth.

It was extra small, wet, and it was tan and black.

The runt of the litter.

She now knew what the syringe was for.

She filled it with formula and fed the runt, and the momma dog looked at her thankfully. The runt, who was still wet, needed drying off.

So she took her, and dried her off with a towel, and the realized the pup had fallen asleep in her lap.

She wrapped her in a blanket, and waited for Hugo to get back.( the man's name.)

She waited for two more hours, until she heard the door unlock.

"Carly, where are you girl?" He said, giddy when he saw the three pups, but then his face fell.

"I suppose I have to give you one." He picked up a coal black pup, and it wiggled in his hand.

"I have one here, it's the runt, and she's a lady." Aphmau said, feeling really bad about the situation.

His walked over and grinned when he realized this was the one she was taking. As it was harder to take care of a runt.

"Yeah, sure, you can have that one, good luck!"

He hurriedly carried the box over to her, and placed the sleeping puppy into it, and then closed the lid.

Aphmau let out a sigh, she was going to take that one anyway. But she was disappointed that Hugo would rather take the easy route.

"Thank you, I'll be heading home." She took the only slightly heavier box, and started to walk home. Careful not to hurt the puppy.

She had stayed longer than expected, and Aaron was either home, or almost home. And if he saw her gone, he might get worried.

But, half on hour later, she unlocked, then opened the door to the station. Making Aaron spring from his armchair.

He looked at her with both relief and anger. And she knew she was getting a lecture.

"Where were you?" He didn't sound mad, but she knew it wouldn't take much to snap him. And almost did(he was kinda cute when he was mad.).

"I was getting you a gift for your birthday!" She said cheerily, trying to defuse the situation. And also to annoy him

She laid the box on the floor, and stood back. Waiting for him to open it.

Aaron, even though he was steaming at the ears because she made him worry. Bent down and opened the box, expecting the very worst.

At first all he saw were towels, much to his disappointment, then he saw a little tan and black head pop out.

He gently picked the puppy up, and smiled from ear to ear. The newborn pup nibbled his fingernail, its eyes still closed.

Impact heard, and smelled this new addition. And lumbered over to see what was up with the new scent.

he wagged his tail and licked the pup clean. The pup turning around and...

Sneezing, loudly. Aaron and Aphmau laughed. Aurora jumped slightly from her crib, but giggled after a moment of panic.

"Where did you find-"

"I took a job and this was the payment, she's the runt." She answered, smiling.

Aaron gently put the pup back down. And told Impact to take care of her. And Impact dragged the box carefully over to his bed.

Then, he tackled Aphmau to the ground, kissing her passionately, holding her arms to the ground.

"Good God, what did I do to deserve you?" He asked after a very heated minute and a half.

"Dumb luck is a fickle thing..."

Hahah!

So, what's up with Aphmau and Aaron, why do you think Aphmau is not prego?
